I purchased a Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus licence from this company. When I tried to transfer it to a new PC, the licence was permanently blocked, despite the product being advertised as “Reinstallable” with a “Lifetime guarantee.”

The company is listed as dissolved at Companies House, yet continues to sell software through uniq.software and rapidsoftware.io.

They also display a Microsoft Partner ID (6612581), but no evidence of current registration or authorisation exists in Microsoft’s official partner directory.

I contacted support and was informed that blocked licences cannot be reactivated and I would need to purchase a new licence. I have retained webchat transcripts, my invoice, and screenshots of the websites as evidence.

Consumers should be aware that the company’s operations appear inconsistent with its claims, current legal status, and advertised licence terms.

They had to refund me because they sold me a Windows 10 they didn't have, after providing me with three different keys that didn't work. They incurred a very high additional cost, as I had to send a technician to my home twice and ended up purchasing the software from a trusted local company. Terrible system, poor and expensive. They should compensate me in some way for my wasted money.
