Hi, Unikrn is not available in my country.. is there any way i can use it (expect migrating to other country) like can i use vpn?

I have deposited 150 Euros and got 300 Euro token, and bet all in one sportsbook football match and Won. My account was nearly 950 Euros. Then I have bet more to football matched with this money and reached 1350 Euro in a few days. After that I got an e-mail that I am not eligible for bonus anymore and all my bets were limited with funny max. amounts as 2 -3 Euros. I have written to help desk 3 times to learn why I have this limit and they sent below reply!

They did not say anything when SEC imposed a fine on them because they knew it they were wrong. Regardless if you win or lose a wager, your odds go down. In halo i started at 1.91 odds to win a match but after losing a few matches my odds went down to 1.10, I have a 40-50% win rate in halo, how is this fair? So I try cod warzone, even though I have over 40 matches played on my warzone record, UNIKRN does not allow me to wager since they think I don’t even have 30 matches played. After all this frustration I try to cancel my bonus and withdraw my initial deposit. But no, UNIKRN believes my cash is now a bonus and I need to gamble with all of it before I can withdraw. Every casino I know of allows you to forfeit a bonus and any winnings ASSOCIATED with it. My initial deposit has nothing to do with the bonus...you know it’s bad when their standards are below a casino and are desperate for $150...stay away from this scam.

this match I made on Omega today and it said -10 dollars lost? how can this be? I sent the BET department a message. I just got my money from the bet I made today it's less than 24 hours and the issue was resolved. They also gave me a bonus token for the inconvenience which is appreciated. Thank you Unikrn! However you must really update the system to be more accurate to avoid these issues in the future, people don't like to lose money especially when they have won, and the time they spent on your website they will never get back. At least Unirkn does get back to you and actually take care of your issues. I changed the star rating as well, much appreciated!

I supported Unikrn when they first started. Then they deleted my whole balance. They straight up rob you. Then they gave some, not all of it back. Now it's completely gone again. Then I see online that Unikrn conducted an unregistered ICO. They raised $31 million and only had to pay a penalty of $6.1 million. This company is such a scam.

Unfortunately the only service that has a "UMode" if there would be a better one I would use it.
First I thought Unikrn would be a scam because it was a hell of a registration process.
The first thing that made me upset was, that they advertising with some bonus, but after I registered and deposit money there was a message, that my account dont get any bonus because of whatever.
Ok, so no bonus, no problem but a scam of advertisement.
After that I referred my brother to Unikrn and he made a deposit too.
But both of us again didnt get any bonus for referral, so as you see, the advertisement with all the bonus is just a scam, you get nothing.
Then I started bet on my games, first game lost, second game won.
After I won my account was blocked and they first needed a lot of really private documents and informations to unlock my account.
This verification process is a pain in the a**, everytime I thought I sent them everything they needed another document.
But in the end it got confirmed and now I dont have any more problems.
Another thing is, if you win games the rates will drop, at the beginning I had a 2.1 quote after winning 2 games it dropped to 1,8...
I mean it does not seem like a complete scam, but definately really weird...
I didnt try to payout my money so I cant say if this works, I will make a new review if it dont work, cause then its totally a scam.
For now I cant recommend to put a lot of money in Unikrn.
It was also a really sketchy move to block an account that already made a cash deposit and freeze the money.

18 days ago i requested a withdraw. 18 days ago!!
I heard that is a problem with IBAN and Unikrn support tell me to provide a new bank account to send my money to. That was 10 days ago!!!
Since last week, every single day i ask them what has happened with my money, they keep saying the same evasive things: "tomorrow morning at the earliest finance dept. will update it", "in the next few hours you will receive an update" etc.
Every single day, Unikrn support tells me that in a few hours their finance department will update my withdraw status and they will inform me.
10 days have passed and i keep hearing that in the next few hours the payment will be made.
The fact is they keep saying this lies because they dont want you to know that Unikrn is SCAM!
If you withdraw 20-30 euros they will pay.
If you Withdraw 400+ euros they will rob you like they did with me.

PS: I have all the proofs needed for what i said before.
If required, i can post printscreens.
Also, i contacted a lawyer to make some criminal files against Unikrn LTD because this is robbery

The app is constantly crashing and the customer support has no live chat, if you have a query it can take days before you will get a response. I also had them closing my conversation without giving any replies.

I've had several issues with opening tickets with the customer support and these tickets being closed without any response and without being resolved. This has cost a lot of (bonus) money.

- Support prahlt mit „Live-Chat“, gibt an, in ein paar Minuten zu antworten, aber braucht Tage - auch auf Facebook und Twitter wird einem nicht geholfen, sondern nur Werbung gemacht
- furchtbare Quoten, habe ich leider nicht verglichen, andernfalls hätte ich bei einem anderen Bookie jetzt 400-500€ mehr am Konto
- Auszahlung stockte bei mir mehrere Tage ohne Grund, erst auf MEINE Nachfrage hin wurde mir gesagt, dass Dokumente benötigt werden
- nach einigen gewonnen Wetten wurde ich limitiert und konnte nur noch 50€ setzen, mit diesem abscheulichen Trick wenden Buchmacher an, um dich langsam pleite zu machen und dich zu riskanteren Wetten zu drängen
- Bonuszahlungen wurden mir wenig später ebenfalls eingefroren, weil ich angeblich gegen irgendwelche Bedingungen verstoßen habe (was nicht passiert ist-man hatte nur Angst, dass ich nochmal gewinne)
- generell ganz ganz wenig Livewetten und kaum Angebot (abgesehen von den miserablen Quoten)
- unübersichtlicher Einzahlungsbonus

= Buchmacher getestet, da ich dauernd Werbung erhielt, etwas + gemacht und nur Stress gehabt. Genau so sollte es NICHT sein. Limitierung von Einsätzen um riskantere Wetten zu provozieren ist ein absolutes No-Go. Generell auch wenig Maßnahmen zur Suchtprävention. Dieser Anbieter bekommt von mir eine glatte 6 und nie, nie wieder werde ich dort auch nur einen Cent einzahlen. Ich kann nichts positives berichten, sorry.

UPDATE: Of course they responded after this review with a proper message BUT they deleted all bonuses from my account said I violated against the TOS, which firstly can not happen because i couldnt even play/deposit on their site (mentioned below) and secondly just isnt true they dont even say what i should have done. Also I still cant deposit, they said they have fixed it but it still dosent work and instead of fixing their errors they tell me to send them screenshots, a description what happens etc. Guys really dont play here, do yourself a favor skip this site. So they wont let me deposit, they tell me the reason is that my deposit limit was reached, but i dont have any deposit limits. They tell me they made this limit for me. Firstly i havent played on their site for over a year (over a year ago everything was fine (june 2019)). So how can they say they made a limit when i dont even play on their site? Secondly what is wrong with you doing a limit to your users without even telling them? They send me once or twice a week emails, with offers which i have ignored because i wasnt interested in esports betting. Now i decided to deposit some money and play and i can't. What is even the purpose in my account existing anymore, when i cant deposit any money (not even 10€). Support also really really bad, live chat not existing honestly not existing. I deposited 150€ won a few bets and got over 600€. Then all of a sudden they closed my account and and told i violated ToS. I did nothing wrong and asked them about it but they never gave me a reason.
Atleast they told me they give me my Money back and dont want to rob me even more.

All in all dont bet on this site if you play with high stakes because they dont seem to like big winners
