Unihertz Titan was exactly the phone it was advertised to be, I love it so much. Unique, eye catching, and extremely function with the intelligent shortcuts and so on. A little dated which is fine for now, looking forward to the next model

I did my research and this phone should have worked with my T-Mobile but it doesn’t. I’m basically out of luck as I’m not being offered a return.

Great little phone. No complaints. Smooth UI with Android 13 and loads of helpful settings. Came quickly. Pre installed screen protector.

I'll start with the non functional first. Asthmatically, this is the nicest phone I've seen and I truly mean that. I was prepared to purchase a black phone as I always do. So I wasn't sure about green but what a surprise. To me it has something of an art deco look that I really like. I've only been using it for about two weeks now but functionally it's great. Sound quality is quite good. Battery life so far after two weeks is acceptable. For me the size is absolutely perfect, I can enter my PIN and navigate with one hand. That's a huge plus to me. Now the down side. Just a few things. I have fairly poor near vision, and yes I know it seems counter-intuitive small phone and all. Anyway, the text size across the top of the screen is very difficult to see. This is really only a problem when it comes to battery level. To see that, I have to go into settings and tap battery to see the remaining charge. The replaceable battery with my Jelly Pro was great to have and I wish they would have stayed with it for this model as well. It would be nice if the 3 buttons at the bottom of the screen were back-lit like my Jelly Pro even just temporarily since I have to hunt around to find them. This is a really nice phone and if I lost I'd buy another one. Great job Unihertz.

I purchased a titan pocket series mobile phone on 21 May 2023. Until a few weeks ago I was quite satisfied with the product, which was very original and functional. A little over a year after purchase, the battery started to swell and I had to replace it. Up to this point, I considered this problem to be ‘ordinary’ in the sense that it can happen to even the best products. The negative surprise, however, was when I bought the replacement battery. It can only be ordered, in fact, from the official website. The expected delivery time is very long (2-4 weeks!!), and with an exorbitant shipping cost ($15!!). Having no alternative, I made the purchase. The battery arrived after three weeks, in a package that was scandalous to say the least, wrapped in bubble wrap PVC, and lacking any indication that LiOn batteries were inside the package. What's worse is that the battery bears the date May 2021, so I received a three-year-old battery. I hope it works, although I have my doubts, as the connection pin was uninsulated, and therefore free to make contact with the metal battery casing. I find this kind of treatment unacceptable from a company that I thought was young but serious, with good ideas. All electronic components must be treated with care, and I ended up with a product that was shipped at a high price without any precautions.

The customer service is really bad, I order a new battery and th eshipment got lost. I didn´t get any information or help from the customer service.

Portable de très mauvaise qualité car quand on démonte et le remonte pour changer une vitre ou autre la batterie se remet en première place donc surcharge les microprocesseur et grille le tout. Bien sûr ça ne rentre pas sous la garantie et en plus il y a beaucoup de bug ,fuyez

Company makes good phones, no doubt, I just ordered my 3rd one. But customer care is a disaster, they are not friendly and don't come with any reasonable solution to help you out when you experience certain issues, they even respond unfriendly at a certain moment.

Phone fell out of my pocket when sitting in a camping chair, only a foot above the ground, and only 5 days after I bought it. Also bought a case and screen protector from your freaking website and it didn’t protect it at all, the whole screen shattered. When emailing your customer service for a refund, the person was very cold and informed me that you guys don’t give a s h i t about your customers. I asked about a refund for the faulty case and screen protector that I bought directly from you and they just didn’t respond. I know you guys are a small company and this is not how you treat customers. I would never buy another product from y’all, and I would never recommend it to anyone either. Terrible customer service, horrible quality phone, screen protector, and case, and just overall an awful experience. Put a bad taste in my mouth about your company, and I hope to spread the word to as many people as I can. There wasn’t even a sorry in the single email I got back, just stupid behavior from a company. I couldn’t believe it. F u c k you guys I hope you go out of business since you choose to scam your customers and offer the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

Arrived quickly, great product…. As soon as my son saw it he confiscated my tank mini , lolol . I’m waiting for the new jelly 5g … hurry up guys!!!!!

I'm really happy with aftersales service and spare parts availability by Unihertz. This is not common by small Chinese brands.

Everything was easy from ordering the phone to setting it up and transferring my stuff from my old phone.

Shipping is fast and products are great. I have yet a reason to complain.

I appreciate that I was able to replace my own screen and that instructions to do so were available online. That being said, removing the screen was very difficult as I was not given any tools to do so. I ended up causing some cosmetic damage to my phone as I tried to pry off the screen with a flathead screwdriver.

Return policy was not clear. Says free returns but returns are only accepted if there is an issue with the product. Even though I didn't even use the device, it can't be returned. I got it as a gift for someone who didnt want it. Very frustrating on the waste of money

Swift service for repair parts.

Have not received item even though usps says it was delivered. Will be reversing the charge for the purchase.
