I really wanted to like this shoe.
And it is indeed gorgeous, but the quality control is lacking. My left shoe arrived with a small dimple on the fabric, kinda like it was detaching already. I let it go because I really wanted to wear it. It fits a little smaller than I was expecting so it hurts a little, but I hope it’ll break in.
After wearing it twice it’s showing some stains, apparently from the glue seeping. Since the shoes are white it shows a lot so it’s very disappoint.

Sadly the quality is really, really very poor. They are €30 shoes being sold for €100+.

The inside of the soles are made of some extremely cheap foam and the upper is some kind of fake suede attached to some thin plastic— it feels like the shoes are made of soda bottles.

Their customer service was prompt though.

Also, I’ve never received a package as badly damaged as this. It’s awful. And you have to pay for returns which is going to cost €20+.

Don’t waste your time and money.

Número completamente desajustado aos tamanhos standard.
Aos que, pelo mesmo motivo que eu, ou por outro motivo, necessitam de devolver os ténis considerem perder por volta de 10€ para os portes, pois como a Undo For Tomorrow exigem a devolução da embalagem original, terão de comprar outra embalagem maior nos CTT.
Devolvi as sapatilhas, foram entregues no dia 27 pelas 15h:30, e hoje dia 31, não me notificaram como receberam as sapatilhas, nem como já procederam ao processo de troca.

Já tenho três pares e sãos os tênis que eu mais uso, tanto no dia a dia quanto nas viagens e para sair à noite!
São leves, confortáveis e estilosos!!

On my second order I ordered 4 sneakers to choose from and ended up keeping 3 because I couldn’t choose! The design is beautiful, I love the colorful details. I wish the Nuvem 2 would have kept the width from the Nuvem, but the new cushioning system is to die for, really walking on clouds! Great design, very comfortable and fair price!

Absolut schlechte Erfahrungen gesammelt. Erstes Paar war nach wenigen Wochen nur vom Tragen beschädigt. Habe dann ein Ersatzpaar erhalten, hier auch keine Änderung auch das Ersatzpaar zeigte den gleichen fehler und dieses paar wurde nicht mehr ersetzt sondern nur ein 15% gutschein angeboten.
Man schiebte es dann auf kalte Temperaturen, es waren 5 Grad in Deutschland im Schnitt zu der Zeit...
Naja, Schuhe waren trotzdem bequem und nach einiger Zeit dachte ich ich versuche es nochmal.
Siehe da, der Nuven Schuh hatte auf einmal ein anderes Material in der Front wo meine eingerissen sind. Gab wohl bei zu vielen Käufern zu kalte Temperaturen xD
Also ab in den Warenkorb und die Lieferung kam flott.
Leider die falschen. Gleich reklamiert und erstmal kam nichts. Nach 4 Tagen eine erneute Erinnerung an den Support gesendet und dann kam die Info man müsse ein Label warten.
Nach knapp 1,5 Wochen nach der ersten Reklamation habe ich dann das Label erhalten. Die richtigen Schuhe wurden nicht versendet, da man auf die falschen warten will. Habe dann gleich gesagt dass ich nur einen Refund möchte und keine Schuhe mehr. Hatte sie tatsächlich auch für ein Event gebraucht.
Label kam und Schuhe versendet. 3 Tage später kriege ich die Schuhe vom DHL boten zurück. Die haben es einfach geschafft mich als Adressaten des Pakets anzugeben xD
Nun habe ich wieder die falschen Schuhe bei mir und muss wieder auf ein Label warten.
Während der ganzen Geschichte auch kein entgegenkommen oder das man mir iwas anbietet, wenn ich doch die richtigen Schuhe haben wollen würde.
Lange Rede kurzer Sinn. Ich werde dort keine Schuhe mehr kaufen.

Love the style and they’re the most comfortable shoes I’ve bought in a long time that were this comfortable right out of the box. As long as they hold up structurally I’ll probably buy more

I ordered some shoes in early July, they were too small so I asked for an exchange. I returned the order 4 weeks ago with recorded delivery and have heard nothing back, despite multiple emails. No one seems to be responding to anything from the company except on TrustPilot!

A perfect service provided by Undo for Tomorrow. Very good and adequate support from the service team. Above my expectations.

I ordered the Nuvem 2 cream mustique.
The shoes are super comfortable and beautifully designed.
I was happy with them until i started experiencing a rip along the seam at the front of both of them after a couple of uses.
I reported it and luckily the team was very receptive to helping me and are exchanging my shoes free of charge.

I hope these ones won’t have the same problem as I am quite fond of the model.

Shoes are horribly made - started to rip under 5 months. Reached out to customer service and they admitted that they received many complaints and found issues with their products. I was shocked to hear that they would not replace them and offered 50% off the next pair of shoes... No way will I be spending any money with them...

They do not honour the 2 year minimum EU consumer rights, and there is a reason why their warranty is only for 6 months - they don't even trust their own products!

Started this journey last year September. After severall defective shoes (they broke within 6 weeks) I finally received shoes from a different material, but the sizes were not correct. So had to send them back again, but the new shoes that were deliverd were the old ones again, so they would break within weaks. After shipping back and forward four!! different pairs we finally agreed on returning my money, but after 4 weeks I am still waiting on the deposit. If you ask me, look for a trustfull company, I ended up with neiter shoes or money! The only possible way to change or remove this review is by returning the money!

Edit to their reaction: I started complaining after 2 months, because the whole proces to react and come with a solution tool you 9 months the time is past. They offered a full refund TWICE, but two times they withdraw the offer after several weeks. I think the company has big money issues and will collaps, because I am sure according to all the bad reviews about quality I am not the only one.

Big big scam, now I don’t have shoes since I returned them and also have no money. Never ever buy shoes from this company, the quality is the worst I have ever seen and they don’t offer solutions.

Die Schuhe (Nuven Vanilla Rainbow 2) sind von der Passform her zu klein gefertigt.

Außerdem bekommt man bei einer Retoure keinerlei Versandkosten erstattet, d.h. mindestens 20 Euro Verlust bei Rückversand nach Portugal.

I bought two pairs of shoes and am delighted! The shoes do what they promise. The support was very friendly. Thank you Luiza! I don't understand some of the negative comments. It is very clear that returns are at your own expense. This was also the case for me in one instance. (Shoe was smaller than described) So what? The new shoe arrived quickly and fits!
All in all, there are some pretty cool (all-day), extremely comfortable Receycel Sneaker for good money. Great concept. Keep it up👏

Bought a size 9.5 and was later informed by customer service that, due to a sync error, they had ran out of pairs.
At least they refunded my cc in 48h, but disappointing nonetheless.

I followed the instructions on the Undo website to order a 1/2 size up for their Surfer line. I wear 10.5 - 11 shoes so I ordered an 11.5. The shoe was way too tight so I reached out to Undo. They insisted that they couldn't send me a label to return the shoes and that the costs was on the buyer. I wound up spending over $46 dollars just to try on a pair of shoes that the website instructed me re: sizes. A complete waste!

I had the shoes for about 2 weeks, and they already started ripping open on the side. I love the design of them, but the quality isn’t good.
