Understairs by Giobella Anmeldelser

Great service, ordered online then Tony came and measured up with samples.paid bulk then. Good comms regarding fitting. Adam arrived to fit and spent nearly two day, lovely man who was exceptional at his craft. Overall really pleased with the quality of the product and service. One negative was that I ordered a shoe rack but Adam pointed out that it wasn't suitable for my drawer so was a waste of money that Tony should have pointed out to me when I ordered it.

I’m really pleased with my understairs storage. It looks amazing. The company is easy to deal with and flexible. The website gives you clear information and provides costs based on what you choose. Adam, the installer, was excellent. He worked very hard, cleaned up well and did a great job.

Just had my shoe drawers fitted. Adam was absolutely amazing. The space under the stairs had no floor so Adam went above and beyond and fitted one. No bother and no extra cost. His workmanship and professionalism are second to none. He protected the floor and cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend. A great experience from planning to fitting.

Today I had my understairs storage fitted by Adam. He was highly professional and clearly knows his craft, with excellent attention to detail. Top-class work. It is always impressive to see someone who genuinely enjoys what they do. 👏
Many thanks also to Tony for the well-organised process. He even responded to my questions while abroad on holiday, which deserves real respect. 👍
Overall, a great experience with a great company.

Following extensive research, the fact there was a show room to visit, and easy website to get an idea on price, and good reviews I travelled an hour to see Tony. For us it was a no brainer, we chose our understairs storage ,and within a few days we had a confirmed booking to suit us. Adam arrived, very friendly, and worked like a Trojan and ensured everything was spot on. A clear demonstration and information once completed and a seamless install was complete. I highly recommend Giobella

Amazing, friendly service from the moment we enquired in the shop, to the home visit and the fitting. Every person we encountered were extremely helpful, honest & made choosing this company very easy!

Our fitter on the day, Adam - was amazing. Very kind & friendly. You can tell he is very knowledgable and he did an incredible job. He's a credit to the company!

Amazing work the quality is exceptional I highly highly recommend understairs storage . From the moment they do the survey till the end . Their customer service is on next level . The oak that we went for is beautiful and all the hinges are of high quality what they show is what you get 10/10

Excellent service and product. Expertly installed by Adam . Very pleased turning a dumping area into a usable space. Will definitely recommend

We had our under stairs storage fitted yesterday by Adam, excellent service and such a lovely man, attention to detail was second to none, would recommend Adam to anyone. Thanks Claire and Andrew

So pleased with our new under stairs storage, from the initial meeting to the work carried out by Adam everything was professional. A special mention to Adam who ensured that not only was the work to a high standard but finished the job in one day thank you. I was not hesitate to recommend this company 5 stars

Adam did an absolutely fantastic job fitting our understairs cupboard.
He was punctual, professional and a perfectionist who clearly takes pride in his work. He cleaned up after himself and left the area cleaner than when he arrived 🤣.
Totally recommend his work.

Well fitted and looks sturdy.
Adam was excellent and was here all day to make sure it was done in the day.

Looks great so far!

All good, very friendly and attentive, only issue if the the plinth has been cut in the middle and jointed together. And this is at eye level, this is the only thing that lets the storage down as this is at eye level. I thought this would of been one piece, or the joints being low level

Great product, lovely staff, skilled fitter. Very happy with the final product, which Adam did a great job fitting, and talking through the process.

Excellent customer service from my first enquiry to the final fitting. Adam the fitter was an absolute professional, taking his time ensuring everything was perfect. Absolutely over the moon with my final product, thank you Giobella 😊.

I would like to thank you (Nick) and your fitter Paul for our new under stairs storage system - it is perfect. From placing the order to completion it has been a dream. Paul worked solidly with great care and precision which has resulted in an extremely well fitted luxury finish and we are delighted with the finished product and the service you provided. You surveyed our property soon after the initial order. You discussed options and co partnermbinations of drawers and doors to suit our needs and very swiftly provided a fitting date. I would recommend you and your company to everyone
Thank you again

Under stairs storage fitted last week.
The initial contact with Giobella and the survey visit through to the fitting were at all times customer focused and polite. Kept informed of all our options at all stages. On the agreed date and time the fitting was done by Adam. He was polite & courteous at all times when on site; checking that the fitting was exactly as agreed. Cleaned up and left no mess at all.

Adam finished our under-stairs storage today after almost 2 full days of slog. The man never stopped. No disappearing off for lunch. His attention to detail and the care he took of our home was amazing. I was worried as new carpet fitted prior to fitting. But Adam protected it hovered frequently made sure we were happy with everything. Wiped everything down afterwards. Explained usage of lighting best way to open drawers etc. Cannot fault his work or quality of product at all. Yes I would definitely reccomend. Everyone I came into contact with at Giobella was professional knowledgable and friendly.

The job done by Adam was truly amazing. We are more than happy and we can only recommend 👍
