My old address poulated because of the google autofill and i requested it be changed. I was told they would reach out to the warehouse, this was on a Saturday. The order didnt ship till late monday when i recieved the tracking number so they had plenty of time to ammnd this but obviuosly couldnt be bothered. i work in distribution and look after a despatch team. We get requests like this daily and go out of way to honour them. Yes its inconvinient but its also good customer service. Take note deniable.

Ordered a product over a week with a 48 hour delivery and not received anything. Requested a refund and yet to get an update. Poor customer service. Difficult to liaise with and in all honesty feels like a scam.

My chain broke just a few months after buying it. I turned to the support for a relpacement of the product and did not get it in half a year even though I wrote about ten mails to the support. Bad quality, bad service, do not buy from.

Received ny order which was damaged when it arrived have sent three emails to the company asking for a refund or replacement and they have ignored them. I would definitely not use this company again. It’s awful quality terrible customer service avoid this company or get ripped off.

Undeniable London is a great place to get your jewellery from. They have a great range, great pricing and great quality - what more can you want? Their customer service was great the one time I’ve had to use it. The website is easy to use; They just do everything so well. What a great team and a great business!

I love the chains i received but had to order twice because I never received my 1st order.

Value for money product arrived on time

Ordered from them over three weeks ago now, and was “guaranteed” 1 - 2 day delivery. Still haven’t received my parcel, and haven’t heard anything from the company despite reaching out to them multiple times on their website and social media. Was meant to be a gift for someone whose birthday has long passed and i can’t even get a refund because the company won’t respond to me. Complete scam don’t waste your money guys.

Sent me the wrong order, been emailing back and forth trying to sort this out, I’ve been requesting refunds, exchange of items etc. always coming up with a new excuse. Seem to be chasing them every couple days. I would avoid. Been very patient with these guys but just not bothered what so ever.

All I have to say is. Before you buy. Look on ali express. They are literally selling you necklaces they have bought for 2 pound. Then they charge well over 50.

I had to pay 22 dollar of tax and shipping was delayed but quality is good

Easy to order, shipping perfect, and the bracelet great for the money...bought my grandson the chain to go with it at Christmas...he's just turned 16 and these were his first pieces of jewellery....he's very happy with them...

I placed an order with them and 5 days later still no sign of it being dispatched. I sent them an email asking the time line for delivery. It took a couple emails before i got an answer and this was to tell me that the item was out of stock and asked me to pick something else. I requested a refund as I won't be trusting them again. It took me to reach out to them twice before hearing from them. This issue should have been made aware to me sooner and not because I asked what was happening with my order. Poor service.
