My friend loved everything that she received
My friend loved everything that she received. All the products were high quality. I was so thankful for the customer service people who made sure she got her gift quickly. I had not noticed that my address had auto-filled for the shipping address. I quickly emailed customer service and they corrected it right away. The package was sent out the morning after my evening order was placed and my friend received it in 24 hours. I will definitely place more orders in the future.

By far the best place to order care…
By far the best place to order care packages for your loved ones. I was looking for something I could send that still had a feeling of that ‘personal touch’. And boy, did unboxme deliver just that! The way everything was packaged and displayed in the box, you could just tell that someone took extra care. Thank you so much for providing such thoughtful and quick service! I am definitely a customer for life!

Unboxme was great
Unboxme was great! It was easy to use and had beautiful, unique gift box ideas already pre-curated as well as the ability to build my own. The recipient loved the gift and thought all of the products seemed unique and luxurious. I would use Unboxme again!

Not great
It doesn’t make sense to send me this request to review when the recipient hasn’t gotten the package yet? The est delivery date still shows as April 5 and is still en route. I understand courier delays are unpredictable but the messaging and updates from the company also don’t reflect the status. Not a great first experience. Thanks.

Products in the box were great but the shipping took over 2 weeks. It missed the special date it was ordered for.

I’m so glad I found Unboxme
I’m so glad I found Unboxme. I wanted to send a gift to a friend to let them know I was thinking of them. Unboxme allowed me to support a friend who was grieving the loss of her mother. Even though I was a thousand miles away, I was able to encourage my friend and brighten their day. Delivery was fast and the personalized card option made it so easy for me to send some love from far away. Thank you!
