Extremely disappointing. The contents cheaply made and not reflective of the price paid. I would not purchase again.

Received a good selection of branded clothing, all in good physical condition (although some in need of a wash which they would get anyway). I received 5 dresses - 1 x Hobbs, 1 x Ted Baker, 2 x Monsoon and 1 x Phase 8. I think 2 of them are likely to fit me which out of a 'mystery box' of 5 dresses isn't too bad. The remainder will be either gifted to family members or sold on. After reading reviews I had a bit of buyers regret on placing my order but pleased with the items received! I possibly wouldn't order again, for the same outlay I could go charity shop hunting and get 5 or more items that would fit and be to my taste but that is the 'excitement' about a mystery box isn't it.....

Placed an order to give it a try and really didn't expect a North Face Jacket in mint condition in the clothing box, such a nice surprise and other items were also good. It's worth it for me to resell. Normally I never write reviews but was very pleased with the purchase and the service. Box delivered next day and also responded quickly to my queries. Overall 5 star experience.

Don’t bother. You will receive just as I did a box of trash from China worth at most £20. Hopefully you won’t receive what I also received which was a pack of anabolic steroids. And growth hormone tablets.😳

Was unsure, but decided to have a go. Glad I did, you have to be prepared to receive items that may be broken or damaged, they are returned after all.
The box arrived and there was definitely more than 10 in the huge box…. A lot were from Temu, but there was so good items in there. Some i kept and some I sold. Easily made my money back, would definitely use again. Fun experience.

I watched a video about this site, and thought it looked interesting and the video showed nice things including designer stuff. But mine was Full of chinese cheap rubbish, paid £60 but could have got it all on Temu for half that price!
Disappointed, would not buy again.

Received a box of rubbish items everyone of them was cheap tat from China that doesn’t have the safety labels on so just needs to be binned. What an absolute waste of money. The packaging was re sealed do they are obviously checked prior by the company and then worthless items passed off .
Response by company untrue, I did contact them and received an inadequate response. It was clearly an automated response so they probably have many complaints. Apparently they open packages to check safety but there were toys in box with no ce label so this doesn’t ring true. No offer to even meet me part way to rectify

i bought 2 boxes and was really excited to receive them quickly, however. to find in both boxes nothing but clothing and temu crap, not 1 thing worth the money spent, very sad and it was very disappointing, if i wanted clothing i would have purchased the clothing boxes, what a waste of money . i wont be buying again

He recibido mi primera caja y estoy encantada. Compré uno de 10 paquetes y me regalaron uno extra, además de llegar a España en pocos días. Eran todo paquetes sin abrir, así que la sorpresa fue real y lo disfruté mucho. La mayoría de las cosas eran envíos no entregados (no devoluciones) por lo que estaban a estrenar. Sin duda, repetiré muy pronto. ¡Muy contenta!

Absolute rubbish. I am convinced the clothes have come from charity shops as lots of them had the plastic tags where a charity shop label was on it. They were old season, creased. I had one whistle dress had no size and the lining had all been cut round the bottom. Only one item was new and from primark and it was size 14 and the box was supposed to be large to 2XL. They were also supposed to be high street labels yet I didn’t recognise over half of them. I reckon these clothes are rags they buy from charity shops or cash for clothes as they all smelt too.

Total waste of money. Two boxes ordered (the returns & undelivered) and every single parcel contained cheap nasty clothes. Don’t waste your cash on this garbage

These seemed to be genuine returns and undelivered parcels. A good mix. Some excellent products from a high end clothes brand that covered the cost of the box. Delivery was fantastic, next day. Would order again.

I spent just short of £100 including postage for 10 items. I ordered a l/XL box. I received 2 size 12 items. One was a cheap nasty gilet from New look. And a top from adidas. A stained denim skirt, a stained, under armour sweatshirt. A goretex jacket with a massive cigarette burn in the arm. A phase eight dress full of fabric pulls. 2 new items. The only decent item was a boss sweatshirt. The others were faded sweatshirt. and smelt. Total waste of money. I complained and got a £30 refund. AVOID..

I got my first ever box costing over £90 What a box of crap!!!! 10 items including a ted baker suit jacket with holes in the pockets ? A stained puma sweatshirt tbh it was crap before the stain. !!!! I could go on !!! But I have better things to do. If you think you’re gonna make any money from these boxes think again. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I took all the items down the tip to be recycled, if money is no object have a go BUT if you think your gonna be lucky and money is tight? Don’t do it !!!

My mixed box arrived today paying over £80 including delivery. Very disappointed with it , poor quality items , stuff nobody would want , I will be lucky if I can recoup £20 back . Would not recommend .

It feels like a con. All the adverts you see are definitely set up. There’s not one thing worth anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Absolutely amazed with my package.
I was a bit sceptical about this after reading reviews but I was prepared to accept that I had wasted £100 however I was pleasantly surprised with my package. I think I will probably make my money back by selling most of it and some I will be keeping. It's just a shame there wasn't more choices and options of a smaller and cheaper box. But I will definitely purchase again.

I have purchased from Unboxingheaven on quite a few occasions now. My most recent purchase was a box of undelivered parcels, a box of large items a box of toys. The toys are always pretty good and in every one I have had there has been Pokemon items that have either completely or very nearly covered the box. The other boxes had a mix of goods from clothing, trainers, replica football kits, exercise equipment & jewellery. Yes there are clearly some Chinese copies in the boxes but that is the risk you take, they still sell though.
I first started buying pre last Christmas & the boxes did tend to be better quality items ( have you changed supplier / where you get them ?) Even so I have never lost money so still very happy with my purchases. I have also in every box I have had been sent additional items, this compensates for some of the cheaper Chinese items.
On this latest order I had to make a query on delivery - as always dealt with quickly & in the most professional & polite way. Thank you
