They have been very helpful and insightful in the process of attempting to get my account unbanned.
While the process has not paid off yet I have faith it will be beneficial in the long run

My story starts with being banned from Diablo IV. There was no absolute reason for this to happen. My account was flagged through an algorithm and software agents. I accept that I used hack, but tell me one thing let's assume my id will not be unsuspended, its refund or another account should be available, right or wrong, your Even the rules will not be broken and I will not feel bad either right or wrong?
