I placed my order last April 2026 and since they confirmed my order at same day. I never heard anything from them. My order never arrive until now. I tried and email many times. No replied at all

I have been sourcing my skincare products for my business from UMMA for a while now and have placed more than 7 orders with them. Their products consistently exceed expectations in terms of quality, packaging, and performance, which has helped me confidently serve my own customers. The entire ordering process is smooth, delivery is reliable and timely, and their customer service is always responsive and helpful whenever I need support. UMMA has truly become my go-to supplier, and I highly recommend them to any business looking for premium skincare products they can trust.

Hey, Umma Team,
It’s been a more than I year that you had supplying me cosmetics until today, I just here to say that I’m very satisfied with your good work, I’ve never had an issue! Everything is always well packed and save
Thank you for the good work.

Great service! Everything is fine and seamless. They have a really good customer service. Recommend!

Great service, well done UMMA

They always forget to handover and ignore whatsapp messages. Now the current shipment was not handover either. 61260415108352 Order number

Few thousands euros down the drain. They used to be good. Causing major delays and one time due to poor paperworks, it was held by customs for almost a year. They did not do any follow up either.

A very authentic platform with excellent customer support. They respond to emails very quickly, usually within 10 minutes at any time. We are very satisfied.

Pas du tout satisfait, inscription difficile je cours derrière eux depuis 2 semaines je me fait balader il m’envoie vers un autre mail qui ne répond jamais quand je les relance ils me disent il faut patienter .. impossible d’ouvrir un compte chez eux..

I’m a retailer based in Ireland and found Umma to be extremely helpful during the set up and order. It’s very easy to communicate with the company via a dedicated account manager. The selection is generally better and cheaper than European wholesalers, and delivery is much faster: I made my order and had the items in my shop within the week - South Korea to Dublin, Ireland, and I thought that was very impressive.

Great service with very fast delivery

Second time ordering from UMMA, and it was even EASIER than the last time! Things went faster, smoother, and straight to my door. There were no issues with customs or FDA. The products, the packaging, LOVE! And best of all is their customer service -- super kind, awesome, very helpful team who speak to you like a human.

Using umma for over a year and had the best experience. Easy to place an order and outstanding app.

We recently placed our first wholesale order and had a wonderful experience. The process was smooth and professional, with clear communication throughout.
Our order arrived well packaged and everything was exactly as expected.

It's always great working with a supplier that values quality and service. We truly appreciate the efficiency and care taken with our order and look forward to placing many more in the future.
Highly recommended!

I placed my first order mainly to experience the ordering process, and overall it was a very positive experience. The product quality and packaging were very good. Whenever I had questions about the order process, the team responded quickly and provided clear information. In international trade, trust and communication are very important, and I appreciated their support throughout the process. I am satisfied with the experience and would consider working with them again in the future.

Great experience, fast and efficient! I will work with them several times in a future!
