I’m a male who went to Taskin, i agree results were underwhelming and I was left with a lot of scarring around my nose. Very horrible follow-up, doctor does not speak very much English. Waste of time and money for a bad nose job. Also i have noticed doctor blocked his comments on page.

Wow. I was botched year ago by Taskin. Crazy to see all so many others who are in my shoe. I have not been able to go in public since my rhinoplasty in which my nose was butchered. Some one need to warn others about this man.

The most unprofessional surgeon I’ve ever met in my life. If you want to have good patient-doctor communication, I strongly advise you not to go to this man. First of all, during the consultation he will sell you the moon and stars. He’ll tell you that everything will turn out just as you want and that you’ll be satisfied. He’ll agree with all your concerns. Then he’ll operate on you, you’ll visit him once to have the cast removed, and that’s it. That’s the whole process. After that, he’ll start ignoring your messages or replying with one generic line that explains absolutely nothing.

In my case, after paying 8,000 euros, I ended up with the same nose I had before and the same deviation problem that he refuses to acknowledge in any way. On top of that, he is extremely dishonest. He has disabled comments on Instagram (which is a huge red flag), and claims that it’s because the Turkish government requires it. He seems to think his patients are stupid. I’ve been trying for a year to make him see that he hasn’t fixed the problem, but he just keeps ignoring me constantly. Stay away from him, because when you need him, he won’t be there to help you.

I had surgery with Taskin 2022. I can agree with some of the negative experiences here, after almost three years of healing I wish I did not choose this doc. My nose is ruined, I do not take pictures any more, my self confidence have declined, this doctor informed me he can achieve anything I would like, my morph picture looks nothing like the nose I was given. My tip was made bigger than before, a lot of scarring due to his aggressive ways of stitching around my alar and collumela, my nose pretty much looks like a spud, no definition just a blob. I do not recommend using his doctor for ethnic rhino we he does not consider balancing the nose to the face , I honestly feel he is inexperienced and have been doing the same nose job since he started his profession which is one that are ruining a lot of noses. I do not like to write negative comments but I think this may save someone else the horror. Please do your research and I also found it alarming as someone previously mentioned that have blocked his comments on insta. Ladies especially black women presence careful. Please ladies love yourselves, keep in mind you will be putting the rest of your life in someone else’s hand. This surgeon is very unskilled and will ruin you. Like he have ruined me.

Im shocked at the reviews for ethnic rhinoplasties, which might be the trickiest of rhinoplasties but I had my revision rhinoplasty with Umit Taskin in 2019, and everyday I wale up thanking him. I had my primary rhinoplasty at a renowned surgeon called Matthew Bridges in America and he completely botched my nose. 6 years later I found Umit Taskin and went for it. I still pinch myself everyday because I cant wrap my head around how he turned my nose from a witch nose and an 80% deviated septum to a button nose? My breathing has gone from breathing from one nostril due to my american surgeon to completely 100% opened up and clear smooth breathing in both nostrils? I dont think Ive had a blocked nose since 2019. The hospital stay was a dream compared to the one in America. I got a 2 day stay which accomodated my mom and our breakfast lunch and dinner. We had a translator and nurses who came in to check 24/7. Dr Umit came to see me himself to tell me how it went and he even sent me the surgery photos right away so I could see it instantly. I was jumping in happiness. Unbelievable. He told me not to come into this surgery expecting my life to change, but my life has completely changed. I am where I am 5 years later because of my confidence so of course it was life changing. Anyways I basically recommend him highly for revision rhinoplasties and for any surgeon whos able to take a previous doctors botched work and turn it into this beautiful nose knows what hes doing. Also for the people that say his results are all the same, thats what I loved, because I knew what I was expecting and I got exactly that. He met my expectations to a T. This is the worse plastic surgeon, please read the review on him, he is known to botch many seeking ethnic Rhinoplasty, he stuffs rib cartilage in patients noses without sculpting. He literally puts the same noses on all his patience which does not fit many, this poses a health concern because many cannot breathe properly from the nose he gives them. This doctor also hides his comments on his instagram because of the truth being exposed from so many unhappy patients. Very unskilled, dangerous and unethical. Please do not live a life of misery because of this man.

Please run from this surgeon…he reduced my turbinates without my consent! And now I’m dealing with lost of sensing air in my nose, and a ruined life. He does not care that he ruined me…please stay away from this man

So I got my nose done by Dr Umit taskin for the first time. After a month i realised my right side of the nostril went in and discovered a lot of scar tissue inside the nose. The doctor kept telling me its swelling and to wait. As time went by, my nostrils were uneven and my nose went bent. I contacted the doctor and he told me that this is very rare but can happen so as an idiot i went again to him for revision. And now my nose has slightly gone crooked, nostrils are uneven and my right side goes all the way in. You cant even tell i got my nose done because it looks ugly. I contacted him again because he said it was swelling and to see for 6 months. I told him the issue is the same which he responded back saying that when he used cartlidge on me it can be shown inside the nostril and it will dissapear. He never used cartlidge on me!
Im so annoyed. People please dont go to Dr Umit Taskin. Its so heartbreaking to go to another country for surgery and spend so much money just for a botched outcome.

i hade my surgery of ethnic rhinoplasty on december 15 December 2022 by dr taskin and i am very satisfied with the result. i had a breathing problème too, and dr taskin as a ENT, he fixed my problem and now i'm breathing well. dr taskin, he his very Kind. and his team is just amazing ! the nurses are very kind. specially aleyna😍. and i was impressed by dr taskin's assistante, Mr F, he his the best 😍
