UltraSoftBIS - Our Safety Net
I don't know how we ever managed without UltraSoftBIS. Before we were using excel spreadsheets for logging leads/enquiries and using the same for billing. It got to the point where we were forgetting to get back to people and often losing copies of invoices we sent out. UltraSoftBIS has by far been the best investment we've made in our business. We now simply log leads and have historical records of every interaction and billing is actually enjoyable now and ridiculously fast! Chasing bad debts is simple and allocating payments with our accounting system is all automated.
UltraSoftBIS is our safety net, we no longer have to worry about the detail and instead we can concentrate on growing our business.

I have been a very satisfied UltraSoft client for many years. They have always been attentive to client needs, flexible with their resources and implementation, very fairly priced.

A User Friendly CRM/Billing System
Having used a number of CRM/Billing systems over the years, I find Ultrasoft to be extremely user friendly. The developers take time to understand our needs and are more than happy to bespoke anything within reason to make life easier for the user. Highly recommend the system.

UltraSoftBIS Is Impressive and Integrated
UltraSoftBIS' features are well thought out, the interface is intuitive, and it's clearly built to support the complex needs of growing workspaces in a scalable way, while also delivering a smooth experience for users.
What I like most is that UltraSoftBIS provides an integrated platform for billing, space booking, and reporting. It really eliminates the need to have multiple systems.
If you're in the market for a comprehensive workspace management software, UltraSoftBIS is definitely one to consider. It's a well-rounded, professional platform that checks all the right boxes. An impressive offering overall!
