Excellent service, definitely recommend to customers , friends and family . I’d give a 5 star if what is included in the toilet package and what plumbing accessories may be needed to connect to bidet is given with instructions. Or put into package

Tap delivered within a few days. Arrived well wrapped and protected with all the attachments and new sink plug that we didn’t expect. Easy to fit. So glad we found this company as the tap is the same as one we have had for over 8 years that has been perfect for all that time and that we really like. Also thought we would have to pay a lot more so price was an extra bonus. Thank you.

I got 2 toilets while renovating my new home, and had to return 1 as the sewage piping system was odd in that toilet and would not fit if we tried to install it. So I had to return 1 of them.

Only con is; the returns are not free. I know these are large bulky items but still a bit expensive if you ask me. You can return to their warehouse by yourself if you are close by.

The bulk of the order arrived fairly quickly; with the second part arriving next day. The toilet was in good condition as expected.

I had ordered a toilet but then my builder told me that that won't fit to my space and I needed to replace it. I had reached the chatbots on the site and received the communication of returning and then order the correct item for me. But returning a heavy toilet was not really easy and very cheap process, I was even thinking to take it back with my own car. Then, I have reached to the sales team and they solved my issue brilliantly even I did order the wrong item. I simply ordered new item that I wanted and they took the old one for me.

Absolutely top-tier service. The staff were incredibly helpful and well-informed, and the delivery was impeccable. Placed my order at 2pm and it arrived the next morning. The quality of the items was exceptional. I simply can't commend them enough.

Excellent service from Ultra bathrooms and ilker in particular on a couple of occasions. I recommend this company.

I bought a combined bidet toilet and when our plumber was installing it he found that the cistern was too small for the supplied fill valve and it did not work. We had to spend an extra £30 to get a slimmer one. Next we discovered the soft close seat was not a soft close lid.
Next, we found that the water nozzle was not adjustable and water pours out between the seat and tha pan.
I have emailed and rang Ultrabathroom. I spoke to someone yesterday who said he would get in touch with the supplier about the fill valve. Nothing about the other 2 problems which are major problems for us when this is the only toilet we have. We would expect our new £500 toilet to be better than the 60 year old one it replaced, not worse. Customer service is appalling.
