I have used their organizing products for years. They are great quality, fairly priced, speedy delivery, and their customer service is the best. If you are not happy with something, they will work with you until you are. You have to try some of their great organizational tools!

Added the ability to find important documents in a quick second. Staff love the flip organizers.

The mail sorter is the perfect size and is sturdy just as advertised. I highly recommend.

I have been a customer for several years and their customer service is top notch and up until my last order, the products were of great quality. Unfortunately, my last order came with slight damage. It won't keep me from continuing to shop with them. It was just a little disappointing. I'm sure if I contacted them, they would take care of it, but I was excited to start using the items.

I ordered some magnetic boards for my office to help with organization. I received the boards and when I unpacked them I noticed that the dividing lines were not on the boards. I called customer service and they asked me to send them some pictures and they immediately realized my order was wrong.

I received the new boards after a couple of weeks.

I am very pleased with the product and especially the customer service.

We enjoy the quality and ease of using these folders.

Everything arrived quickly and the system was easy to assembly. It looks and works great.

I placed the order online, received the discount I was supposed to receive, and the items were received within an acceptable time frame.

The products ordered are perfect for organizing a busy law office. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to length of time it took to receive products (about 2 weeks). I guess I've been spoiled by standard supplies being delivered in a day. I would definitely order from Ultimate Office again.

I am really high on your product. Though the product is at a higher price level than run of the mill office products, the gain in productivity is tremendous. I have used your products for a number of years, as a CFO in the Education field as well as in manufacturing.

I have a desk organizer that has to be 20 yrs old. One of the plastic pieces broke. I called Ultimate office to speak them about a new product they have and I explained that my old one had broke. The person on the phone said they could send me a replacement part and if that didn't work then call them back. I received the part and it worked great. My old organizer is brand new again. They sent me the part at no cost at all. Now that's customer service!! I wish all companies were as good as this one. In the future I will certainly be doing business with them.

I had ordered an item with the help of a customer service representative, to make sure I was ordering the right product. When I got the delivery, the product ended up being the wrong one and when I called into customer service they took the time to make sure the problem was solved and that I was taken care of. I am grateful that they took the extra time to look into the issue and make sure that overall there was satisfaction with the product or end result.
