I was genuinely unsure about the site and had to do a few checks before making a purchase here, but after finding relative and realistic reviews I gave in and ordered from Ultimate Gaming Paradise.

Honestly- I don't regret it for a second, prices are absolutely incredible and its a much lower price than you would find anywhere else. Delivery was fast and snappy, I used next day, it was here the next day.

Arrived in good time, packaged well for posting. Inner packaging sealed as brand new so haven't opened it yet as it is a present for my son. Don't expect any issues with a new game though.

I'd not found this site before but I got a great deal on a PS4 new release Sniper Elite 5 Deluxe that was significantly cheaper than anywhere else I'd looked and even FREE postage (which is normally where the saving is rammed back on!) so I'd certainly recommend all players to have a look here for all your gaming needs....

I closing I will add, I normally NEVER buy releases as they're well over priced and sales within 3 months will knock off 30% plus and UGP gave me all that and I couldn't be more pleased!!!

First time ordering from Ultimate Gaming Paradise - completely hassle free, efficient service and the PS5 game was £15 cheaper than I’d seen anywhere else! Will definitely be ordering again…

I ordered a component, that unfortunately, was DOA (Not the sellers fault, it was shipped securely, justy one of those unfortunate things that can happen).

When I RMA'd the product, they accepted the RMA requested, tested it, and told me I'd be able to replace it.

I wanted a replacement, as it was an excellent deal I was unlikely to get elsewhere. Unfortunately, the item was out of stock, and they hadn't completed their site transition - this was expected to a few weeks, maximum a month. During this time they were also unable to process the refund for the postage return cost.
It actually took over 2 months for them to transition properly, and a few weeks after that for their supply shipment to come through.

Despite this long delay, I did recieve my replacement motherboardand the customer support person was informative and understanding throughout. And despite the delay being frustrating, I'm sure they also wanted to reopen as soon as possible.
The support representive also gave me the choice of a direct cash reimbursement for the reinbursement, or a store voucher worth an extra £10.

The most frustrating part of this process was being given incorrect timeframes - I was given dates and references 4-5 times that ended up not being true.

As the problems I encountered were due to the company transitioning locations, this shouldn't be a problem for other customers going foward, but instead just marks an unfortunate series of events the company had to work through which ended also affecting their customers seeking support during this time.

Discovered UGP by chance as they had some gifts I wanted to purchase in stock, and I have been so impressed by not only their service, but their vast array of goods. Customer service are on point, polite and efficient. The website is easy to use, very user friendly, and they have loads of great items, be it for yourself or for gifting! Delivery was SUPER quick (loved this the most!) and have a nice amount of payment options.
Definitely looking forward to using them again in the future.
