Excellent and quick delivery
Whilst looking to purchase a new CPU I came across the one I wanted at ultimate gaming paradise in stock and at a very competitive price. At first I had a few doubts on whether to buy such an expensive component from a company I've not heard of before but after reading some reviews I decided to give them a go. Due to the Christmas closing I was hoping they would be able to dispatch my order before they closed for new years. I ordered late on Wednesday (5pm ish) and they managed to dispatch it the same day with delivery next day!! Couldn't be happier with the service.

Excellent for PS5 games
I preordered a PS5 game. I hadn’t tried before but took a chance because it was a good price and reviews were OK. I'm glad I did as it was delivered on release day, good communication and no problems. Will definitely use again

As was explained via your email, your order was caught up in the strike action on Wednesday and Thursday - sorry if you missed the notices on the site alerting people to the strike action impact and that orders will be delayed.

Rudeness lies and no effort to sort the issue they caused
Claim to have stock they don’t have send email saying finished processing you’re order send tracking number that doesn’t work only to not receive item on the day to the have to spend numerous hours chasing it up to be told you’ll have to wait another week as they don’t have the stock and won’t be posting it till the following week because of strikes even though the strikes don’t effect the post office. You’d think for telling someone their order was complete they would make the effort to post it Thursday so it get here Saturday instead using strikes as an excuses don’t shop here unless you want to wait for ever for you’re things and be made to feel like a idiot for asking where you’re items are . Especially when you’re paying for 24 hour tacked

We take all 1-star reviews very seriously as they are what we use to make our service and operating procedures better. While we hate getting one; without them, we can't always see what areas require work to improve.
We've reviewed the customer's engagement with us fully and take issue with a few points.
- At no point was anyone rude, abrasive, dismissive, condescending or abrupt. In fact, the customer thanked the operator on the day for keeping their cool.
- The strikes do not impact the Post Office as the Post Office is a completely separate company from Royal Mail and has been since 2013 when the government privatised Royal Mail. As such, none of our shipments go anywhere near the Post Office and we can't ship anything via the Post Office.
The review fails to mention how we remedied the situation. We were, in fact, able to get the customer their order on the Thursday - 1-day later than planned - as we had some stock arrive early and ahead of the strike that week.
In an effort to apologise for the delay, we also shipped with the game a copy of the limited edition pre-order launch poster that came with the Steelbook limited editions for the game in question - Pokémon Violet & Scarlet.
The issue at the root of this review is that if there is an issue while packing an order and it can't be shipped, we email orders that can't be fulfilled with an update but on this day, that didn't happen which meant the customer was left expecting an item that was never sent. It is standard for emails to be sent with tracking information when a label is printed for shipping - but problems can occur during packing causing an order to be delayed.

Not sure you've got the right company here - we processed your refund at 4:16PM on October 28 and you will have received an email confirming the refund.
We say to allow 10 days for the funds to clear your account but they should be with you by now but the refund has been processed, the automatic email sent and confirmation sent via the ticket.

We've got to take this one and is entirely on us but has highlighted a need to make an adjustment to some procedures with managing pre-orders and shipping so it won't happen again. Richard's order managed to skip the pre-order stage and go straight through to shipping as if it were in stock but wasn't, being it was a week prior to launch that the order was placed. Thus, we never shipped it as it had made it's way through to the shipped order status.
While we don't like causing genuine 1-star reviews, they are invaluable as they highlight areas of weakness for us to then improve and do better as a result.
