failed to send my item on time, poor communication(seems to only check there emails once per day and phone never works) sent my item out on the friday instead of the wednesday even though i paid for next day delivery and have sent it to come on monday so its going to take nearly a week for a next day item AVOID!!!!!

I bought some pc parts, pretty good but recently
I bought a motherboard which was not working they are not answering to phone or email for a replacement or refund.

ordered xbox series s for next day delivery 4 days later and 200 phone calls and plenty of emails. they have now decided to cancel the order and i am so happy that they did absolute disgusting waste of my time, a very upset grandson who as autism. i would definetly avoid this place its not worth the stress. p.s matt talks crap

bought a graphics card for the advertised price of £353.99 on the website. Card was not dispatched on time so I contacted retailer, they then informed me that they had priced the card wrong and would be cancelling the order. No item or refund has yet been received. I am very unhappy with the poor service and feel that my issue was not dealt with professionally. I feel the order should have been honoured or at least I should have been contacted immediately that there was an error and payment being refunded the same day. I shouldn't have to be the one to contact about this and shouldn't have to wait to get my money back if you are never intending to sell the product at the price you are advertising.
