Not recommended.

Worst hosting service provider I experienced since I started business in the 90s.
Server outages in Singapore gave me no access to any emails or FTP, all websites down for 8 days, in February/March 2026, no compensation or credit from Ultahost. Now, since two days no access to Cpanel or any of my email accounts, cannot access the links for Teams and Zoom meetings with business partners and advisors. Only excuses from Ultahost but no solution or appology. This is how an American company in the "top 10" of hosting companies is treating his customers! Worst service ever and move back all me domains and accounts to European / German and Singapore providers, though might slightly more expensive, but WAY MORE reliable!!!

EDIT: You have my email address, because yesterday your support answered me "we will not refund you". I made a dispute with my bank and I will go to the police if I don't win the dispute.

I had a great experience with the support team at Ultahost, especially with Bruce Taylor. He responded quickly, understood my issue immediately, and helped me fix problems related to backups and server access without any hassle.

Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and communication was clear throughout the process. He even followed up to make sure everything was working properly.

Unfortunately, my experience with Ultahost was not good at all. The VPS I purchased was completely inaccessible from Iran, and even after providing full network tests, the support team stated that the issue is at the country level and there is nothing they can do. They also mentioned that changing the IP address would not solve the problem.

In the end, the only solution they offered was to use a VPN, which makes the VPS practically useless for real work. Overall, the service was not usable and the support could not resolve the issue.

They terminated my hosting just few days of suspension without notice or waiting for a month as others do, making me lose my data and they said there's nothing they can do about it

I won't recommend this to my enemy talk more of a friend

very bad support , i changed my domaine name they deleted all my progress and took 3 days just to make them understand to backup my progress they cant even understand , specially an operator name Russell Hillman !!
