Brilliant product - great service
A super easy user friendly design process, great value product and good quality. The customer service team was great when I’d accidentally put the wrong delivery address on the order it was amended within minutes of me sending an email.

really easy to use online editor, if you want to do colour have your images logos etc ready first in the colour you want. and you can choose up to three different colours of bands if you ar using tywerk bands,

Don't bother. Save your money and time
I ordered special next day delivery guaranteed 6am to 10am. Parcel not received. DPD said the company didn't print off the full address on address label - frustrating as I entered my full address on the website. Company apologised and confirmed another can be sent the following day - then suddenly retracted saying two days with a very condescending AI generated response. Don't bother with these guys, save your money and time.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that this delivery did not meet your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened.
The delivery address provided was significantly longer than a standard UK address and also included a detailed delivery note requesting delivery to a specific door within a very tight time window. Unfortunately, courier label systems (including DPD’s) have strict character limits, and this can occasionally cause issues when addresses and notes exceed those limits, despite being entered correctly on the website.
When the issue was flagged, we apologised immediately and offered a resolution. However, guaranteed early-morning time slots (such as 6am–10am) are ultimately fulfilled by the courier, not ourselves, and once a delivery has been disrupted, the courier does not always allow the same premium service to be rebooked the very next day. This is why the revised timeframe was advised.
We’re sorry if our explanation came across as impersonal — that was certainly not our intention. We always aim to be transparent and realistic about what we can and cannot control, rather than promise something we can’t guarantee.
We take customer service seriously and deliver thousands of next-day orders successfully every month. That said, we understand this was frustrating for you, and we’re sorry the experience fell short on this occasion.
