Well what can one say…

To leave this company 1* would be generous.
Despite their attempts to silence the campaigner behind Hands off My bills which is positively engaging with other affected clients of UK Water Co, most of the people who are also leaving 1* reviews have nowhere to go to feel supported because they are simply unregulated/cleverly disguised behind multiple companies. The campaigner has even tried to be silenced! They know the truth!

This is not a proper company. This is an unregulated enterprise whereby energy is resold under false pretences. The contracts are a sham- their invoicing methods ludicrous and if you don’t like it, they will start retrieving DD through the DD indemnity scheme from the energy suppliers despite you paying them for your bills if you query just a bit too much what they are up to.

Mr Francis and co should be ashamed. Targeting the vulnerable hospitality industry particularly to make profits.

After signing up with a third party (Trilogy) who promised us a 5% saving if we ran with UK Water. We discovered in addition to the 5% saving, we were also paying a 30% management fee. This was not discussed or disclosed at any time. To say this left us financially in an extremely difficult position would been an understatement. We contacted UK Water and throughout dealt with a Senior Account Manager Matthew. We explained the dilemma we found ourselves in and Matthew promised to help us as much as he could. After some negotiating, Matthew reduced the management fee to 10% in addition to reducing the contract term. We can honestly say Matthew may have saved our company from going out of business. (Things were that tight) We wanted to repay Matthews professional and personable response to us throughout by way of offering a positive review. Trilogy (the third party) on the other hand should be ashamed of their actions. Be aware !!! Always ask for and read the terms and conditions before signing. If they are not available - do not sign.

The team at Uk Water are really helpful. Anna was quick to resolve any issues involving my account and responded efficiently. It’s nice to know my business is in good hands with such a dependable service.

When I had issues with the statement provided, I contacted the company and got through to Mathew who sorted all the issues quickly and efficiently. I had a rebate and they reduced my monthly budget plan.

I was told about UK water from a friend of mine also in Hospitality, after years of not having a clue about my water bill I am now starting to gain an understanding. It’s a bit cheaper and I’m a lot happier.

After falling behind and being so stressed out with my previous company through no fault of my own, I moved over to UK Water Co and they smoothed everything out for me and been very helpful. Godsend! My water bills were up and down and all over the place. However with a set budget plan I know where I’m up to every month, stress free and would recommend to anyone.

Please pass on my thanks to Matthew. Our unit was forced to close for 2.5 months which forced us into money issues. I’ve spoken with Matthew who has allowed us to spread the money we owe over the next 4 months which really helps us get back on our feet. Much appreciated.
