So far my experience with the Vein Clinic has been very positive. It was easy to find and there was a car park close by. Everyone was friendly, professional, punctual and helpful. I had a review and my veins were scanned, and then I had a consultation at which treatment was discussed and explained. There was ample opportunity to ask questions. I then received my treatment plan via email, which also contained a helpful schematic of the veins that needed attention. I was able to book an appointment by phone for the treatment at a date that was suitable for me. Having had these particular veins treated 15 years ago (elsewhere), I have discovered that the costs are now much higher, but that is only to be expected. I'm looking forward to having two nice-looking legs again, instead of just one!

I was completely at ease and informed through all the procedures by skilled and empathetic clinicians. I needed no pain relief following my treatment and look forward to getting my legs back out!

Pleasant and airy clinic. Doctors that put me at ease. When my allotted Doctor was not able to do my procedure, a team came down from London to do my procedure the same day. It was painless experience and the doctor and nurses that attended to me were friendly , and chatted to me while I had my treatment .
Considering that the procedure i was as having is done every day, I was made to feel very important.

There was a careful initial examination and scan of the veins on my affected leg and a discussion of the appropriate procedures to be used if I wished to proceed.
The procedures were done on the next appointment with minimal pain but some discomfort. The staff were extremely considerate and thoughtful. Follow-up was good. There was some pain and swelling for the first two weeks. All fine after that.
The follow-up appointment three months later involved another scan and a careful examination of veins on the treated leg. The doctor informed me that the procedure had given a perfect result. My leg veins now look so much better and feel much more comfortable. I can wear shorts in the gym with confidence now.
The staff were highly professional but also very friendly and helpful. I have highly recommended the clinic to my friends and am very happy with the result.
