UK Tents LTD  Anmeldelser

If only I had read the reviews beforehand, I could have saved myself a lot of money.

Spoke to Daniel who was super helpful, what a great service. I didn't buy anything as due to high winds my gazebo took off, and i needed something that day. They are closed on Saturday but the gentlemen on the office number advised he could sort something if i needed it. Great to see companies going the extra mile.

Purchase a gazebo from uk tents, very good customer service and i also needed a spare part for the gazebo and they was straight on the case, the gazebo was a great purchase.

I purchased a 3x3m Pop Up Gazebo Classic with sides and I was really pleased with it. It was easy to put up and felt very sturdy. Unfortunately the gazebo got damaged during an unexpected storm (the wind was so bad that I would not reasonably expect any gazebo to go undamaged). However, this was no problem as UK Tents supply all the spare parts which enabled me to fully repair it! I was so happy that I didn't have to buy a whole new gazebo, this service is a game changer!

We bought a marquee and lining for our son’s 8th birthday party and it went down a storm! So much cheaper than hiring it. Would have given 6 stars if I could lol

We bought a 6x12 marquee for my husbands 50th birthday and also all the lining and flooring too. It was exactly what we needed, great quality and easy to assemble, didn't take too long at all. Since then we have used it for 6 other occasions! Abby was very helpful and great to deal with. Fantastic customer service, highly recommend and I would buy again!

So happy with the experience I’ve had with UK Tents. I threw my sister a bridal shower and with a last minute change in location, was desperate for a marquee as our only option. The company were so quick to respond, and even gave us a discount as they knew how stressed we were about the situation. The tent was delivered right on time, and packed up the next day. Will definitely be recommending UK Tents! Life savers.

“Exceptional Service and Stunning Marquee!”

We hired a pop up gazebo today for our event and we couldn’t be happier with the service and the marquee itself! From start to finish, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating to our needs.

The marquee was absolutely beautiful, spacious and easy to set up. The quality was top-notch.

The team were willing to go the extra mile. Whether it was last-minute changes or special requests, UK tents ensured everything was perfect.

I highly recommend, They exceeded our expectations in every way!

Unfortunately after using the marquee 3 times the connecting part for the poles started to fall apart. There seemed to be a number of issues related to the welding of these as happened to more than one piece as cracks started to show. Despite emailing the company within 2 months of purchase, they were not interested in replacing these parts despite us spending around £8,000. This was most disappointing and leaves us having to seek the legal route to recover. Poor customer service and quality overall.

Very happy with the prompt and professional response to my enquiry for spare parts.

Very pleased with this. Excellent product, waterproof, easy to assemble, very well-made and strong.

I recently purchased a pop-up gazebo from UK Tents, and I couldn't be more impressed with both the product and the service. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. The ordering process was straightforward, and I was kept updated on the status of my order.

When the gazebo arrived, it exceeded my expectations. It was incredibly easy to set up – exactly as advertised – and the quality of the materials is top-notch. It's sturdy, well-designed, and provides excellent protection from the elements.

What stood out most to me, however, was the customer service. The team at UK Tents was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions promptly and making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.

I highly recommend UK Tents to anyone looking for a high-quality gazebo and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be returning for any future outdoor gear needs!

I recently purchased the Classic Pop-Up Gazebo from UK Tents, and I have to say, it's the best budget-friendly option I've found online! It’s sturdy, easy to set up, and perfect for my needs. While I know they offer premium and professional ranges, this one does the job exceptionally well without breaking the bank.

I feel like people are often quick to leave 1-star reviews when something goes wrong, but my experience has been nothing but positive. UK Tents delivered great service, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for quality gazebos at an affordable price. Definitely one of the good guys in the industry!

5 Stars - Exceptional Durability and Quality

I bought the 5x8 Titan tent from UK Tents six months ago, and I couldn't be happier! It has lasted through terrible weather without a hitch. The tent's durability is impressive, and it truly lives up to its name. If you're looking for a reliable shelter that can withstand harsh conditions, I highly recommend the Titan tent. Great product and excellent value!

I purchased a 5x8 storage tent from UK Tents three years ago, and it’s still standing strong! The quality has truly held up over time. Whenever I need advice on dealing with bad weather, their team is always ready to help with useful tips and great support. A real class act—highly recommend!

We bought an industrial tent 8m x 12m and erected it on the last weekend in May 2024, including paying for extra long stakes for soft ground. Some struts and cables broke within a day or two and they sent replacements although customer service didn’t seem to know what they were talking about. We worried that the tent didn’t seem very stable and invested separately in a lot of additional cables, more extra long stakes and more extra strong ratchet straps - all to no avail. Within 6 months the tent collapsed and is now a crumpled heap in our field, only good for scrap. Over £4,000 for a tent that lasted less than 6 months seems very very poor value. Avoid. An additional note in response to UK Tents’ response - your comment that we ‘purchased this in March and said this has been in use since May’ is laughable since you only delivered it from your warehouse on 25th May - and that’s when we started putting it up. So it was up for less than 6 months. And your comment that Abby had helped us… well it’s true that she answered my emails but she sadly seemed unable to answer my direct questions but didn’t seem to bother to ask someone who could have told her the answer. So all in all, not helpful and just added to the frustration. You recommend that constant maintenance is needed for the tent, I have told you, we were constantly maintaining it and buying and fitting additional ways to try to make it more stable and increase its chances of staying up! Also it makes me very angry to read your comment about making ‘review threats’ as I didn’t mention reviews or make any threat at all! I hoped UK Tents would be more understanding of our disappointment and over £4,000 loss, but Abby’s response to my emails where I explained the situation, certainly failed to do that.

I recently purchased a pop-up gazebo for my pub from UK Tents, and I have to say—it’s the best one I’ve ever had! I’ve used other companies in the past, but none have delivered the quality and service that UK Tents provided.

What truly stood out was their same-day delivery service. Being based in Manchester, I wasn’t expecting such a fast turnaround considering their warehouse is in Bedfordshire, but they made it happen without any issues.

The gazebo itself is excellent—sturdy, easy to set up, and perfect for what I needed. The whole process, from ordering to delivery, was seamless.

I highly recommend UK Tents to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

We recently bought a marquee lining from UK Tents, and it made decorating so much easier. Linings can be very expensive, so finding one at a good price without losing quality was a big relief.

If you’re comparing this to super high-end linings that cost thousands, it’s not the same—but that’s the whole point! For the price, this lining is amazing. It’s excellent value for money, and I’d rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 for affordability and quality.

The process with UK Tents was smooth from start to finish. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and budget-friendly options. Great product, great team, great value!

We’ve had the Titan industrial tent from UK Tents set up behind our pub for two years now, storing plastic cups, and I have to say—it’s been a real trooper! This tent has faced all kinds of bad weather, and it’s still standing strong. Of course, like anything exposed to the elements, it does require a bit of maintenance, but that’s to be expected.

One thing I’d say to anyone considering one of these tents: if you’re planning to build it and leave it there forever without any care, you’re asking for trouble—it’s a tent, not a permanent building! With a little attention and upkeep, though, it does its job incredibly well.

Overall, I’m very impressed with the durability and reliability of the Titan. It’s been a fantastic solution for us, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others looking for a sturdy, weather-resistant storage option. Great job, UK Tents!

We bought a Marquee liner from UK tents, the quality is very poor, the velcro is all sewn in the wrong places, some of the sections are shorter than the others, we we emailed to complain, No reply!! wouldn't bother dealing with them again.
