What a great company and customer support
What a great company and customer support. I was having work done on my house and needed to clear areas of the house. The service and convenience was great, UK Storage customer support was exceptional, especially Josh. I have used a couple of storage companies over the years, and this was the best and I cannot recommend them more. I will be back if I need storage.

I wandered round last weekend to see…
I wandered round last werkend to see what size unit I would need and had a bad experience with two employee's on the phone, one cut me off and the other just wanted to sell me something rather than be helpful showing me the different units.
Today Tommy helped me sort out a unit and gave good instructions. Thank you for all your help Tommy. Very impressed with his professionalism.
Once I got to the unit I was able to get through the front door but not the second. A guy let me in once I showed him I was logged in. Then I couldn't get out it took 4 go's. Then couldn't get back in again at front door. Rang the number the lady was amazing and reset my code and gave great instruction.

Your experience with the phone calls and the lack of help when viewing unit sizes is not the level of service we expect, and we’ll be addressing this with the team. You should always feel welcomed and supported when choosing a storage unit.
We’re also sorry to hear about the trouble you had with the doors and access codes. We’re glad our support team were able to reset the code and guide you through it, but we completely understand how inconvenient that must have been.

Never used a storage unit before
Never used a storage unit before. Found their service advisors provided useful information and explained the process. The app is easy to use also. When I had a query it was dealt with professionally. On our day to vacate the unit we had no problem using our barrel lock until the final time we went to the unit and the lock had jammed. We tried oil but it didn’t work. We contacted the customer service team who asked the technical team for any tips on trying to budge the lock. This didn’t work. They immediately found a maintenance person who was 40 minutes away. He arrived and grinded the lock off allowing us to complete our emptying of the unit. The service man was brilliant and in minutes we had a situation made better that could’ve easily become stressful. Thank you.

Great experience
From start to finish the process of getting the storage unit was brilliant. Very smooth and stress free & always had someone at the end of the phone if I needed to ask something as was new to this. I spoke with Liam and he was very helpful throughout.
