Known Paul for a few months now and he is a smart, well connected guy but most of all a genuine and nice guy. Newcastle Startup Week has proved to be a supportive an caring community for someone like myself just getting going in their first business. The one to one call with Paul is worth the entry fee alone but there is a lot more value to be had being a part of the community. I’m still working my way slowly through all the learning content!

I've LOVED Newcastle Startup Week since the first Founders Friday events I attended.
I've been able to make great friendships, and learn so much about a broad range of businesses.

I really enjoyed Newcastle Start up week online this September. All the speakers were really motivational, and the community members are all encouraging and supportive. Paul is amazing very authentic caring and takes time to speak to you and signposting you to the right place for further support.

Newcastle Start Up Week is a 'not to be missed' event for anyone thinking of setting up a business or for anyone with an existing business and its not just for those based up here in the North East. I've attended the event twice in person and this year they hosted the first 'virtual' event, which was unbelievably great value at only £5 per ticket. It's set over 5 days with each day focusing on a different area - Inspiration, Getting Started, Finance, Growing, Pivoting, the event has something for everyone. The speakers are world class with names such as Steven Bartlett, Brad Burton and Geoff Ramm. If your serious about your business, then it's definitely worth a look on their website.

Unmissable.

1. Any ambitious start-up or growth businesswoman or businessman in the North of England.
2. Anyone else, from anywhere, with ambition to start-up or grow a business where they are.

The best startup festival ever. I have attended Newcastle Startup Week twice now and I have a ticket for my 3rd year. Anyone who is wanting to start up or scale up a business, then this is the festival for you. 5 STARS ALL AROUND!!!

An excellent opportunity to learn all the practicalities of starting a business, as well as hearing inspiring and motivational stories from those who have been there before! Excellent networking and socialising and left the week feeling excited about my next steps!

I've been involved in Startup events all around the country for many years now and this one is the best. Unique in that it runs over a week and so much useful content, support and advice, it's a must in my calendar every year.

Amazing week absolutely jam packed with phenomenal inspirational and practical content for all SMEs, whether you are thinking about setting up a business, is a startup or at scale-up stage. This takes place at venues across NewcastleGateshead both during the day and in the evening, the tickets offer extraordinary value for money.
