Great customer service.
Had an issue with the delivery (courier delivered to the wrong address) the guys at UK Stairparts chased the delivery company and got the parts to the correct address. They even rang to check the delivery had been successful.

I recently ordered a selection of stair parts for a DIY project, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the very beginning, the team were incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and offering advice to make sure I chose the right components. Their knowledge and guidance really gave me confidence to tackle the project myself.

Excellent service
Received the handrails within the time scale given when I ordered. What made it better was when I contacted them and said that because I had removed the old handrails for decorating and my wife was struggling getting up the stairs, Dave expedited the delivery so that I got it the next day. I had problems with the screws and Dave sent me a new pack of screws.

Outstanding Service!
