Grade 3 gynecomastia surgery
I recently had a bilateral grade 3 gynecomastia surgery with VASER liposuction, gland removal, and 360 skin performed by Dr. Apostolos Vlachogiorgos at UKSKIN Manchester, and the whole experience was exceptional. From first speaking with him on Instagram, to chatting with his assistant on WhatsApp, to the in-person consultation and pre‑op checks, everything felt organised, reassuring, and genuinely caring.
What stood out most was Dr. Apostolos’ attention to detail. It always felt like he was deeply invested in achieving the most precise, natural, and anatomically correct result possible. His calm focus and meticulous attention to detail gave me complete confidence going into the procedure.
Since this was my first ever surgery, I definitely felt my nerves building up the day before. But the moment I arrived, the team put me completely at ease. Everyone greeted me warmly, the operating team explained every step clearly, and the environment was calm and comfortable - relaxing music, a great setup, and a really supportive atmosphere.
The surgery day went smoothly, and returning a few days later to have my drains removed and see the results for the first time was an amazing moment. I’m extremely happy with the outcome and with how well I was looked after from start to finish.

Highly professional and friendly
I could not fault my experience with ukskin, they were extremely professional from my initial enquiry through to post operative support.
All of the staff were very friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable. I received plenty of info following my initial enquiry and they followed up via phone and messages to answer any questions or concerns prior to the surgery. The procedure itself was performed quickly and efficiently, there was no hanging about which helped to reduce my nerves. The clinic in Birmingham was spotless, with parking and a good waiting room for my partner.
It’s now one week since I had my procedure. All seems to have gone to plan and I am delighted with the results.
Based on my experience I would highly recommend.

UK Skin Manchester - Highly recommend
I contacted several Plastic Surgeons across Manchester/Cheshire to repair my ear and eventually decided to go with UK Skin.
Their pricing was very transparent at the start unlike the previous companies I had spoken to.
I went to the Manchester Clinic in Hale Barns. The staff were lovely and professional and I felt very comfortable and safe.
My ear repair went well and I found the surgeon to be very helpful and reassuring.
I highly recommend UK Skin and should I need anymore work done I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.
