Timely delivery of flowers and chocolates. She was delighted, especially the Kyiv Nights chocolates that she remembered as a special treat when she was a child.

Fast, Reliable, and Compassionate
I found this website through a friend and I'm so relieved to know that this team exists. A good friend of mine was struggling without light or power in Kyiv and I needed some way to get her a portable, rechargeable light source quickly. The support team helped me decipher her address, since I'm not from Ukraine, and they connected with my friend to confirm delivery. They were so fast to contact her and I'm incredibly grateful for how quickly they were able to deliver my order. My friend just texted me saying she finally has light in her kitchen. Thank you so much for all your hard work; truly it's a blessing.

Thank you so much for this incredibly thoughtful review.
We are deeply grateful for your trust and for taking the time to share your experience.
Helping people support their loved ones in Ukraine—especially in situations involving power outages and daily hardships—is exactly why our team does what it does. We’re glad we could assist with the address details, coordinate directly with the recipient, and deliver the light quickly when it was needed most.
Knowing that your friend now has light in her kitchen means a great deal to our entire team. Your kind words are truly motivating, and we’re honored to have been able to help in a small but meaningful way.
Thank you again for your compassion and support.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Regarding the phone call: contacting the recipient prior to delivery is our standard and long-standing delivery procedure. This step is clearly outlined in our delivery policy and is necessary to ensure the delivery can be completed safely and successfully. In Ukraine’s current conditions, recipients often do not open doors to unexpected visitors, and confirming availability in advance is an essential part of reliable service.
We encourage all customers to review our delivery approach before placing an order. Additional details are available here:

We also acknowledge that the fancy gift wrapping was not provided as expected. This was an error on our side and has been addressed internally. As requested, the wrapping upgrade has already been refunded to your account.
We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to delivering a professional and dependable gifting service across Ukraine.
