Timely delivery of flowers and chocolates. She was delighted, especially the Kyiv Nights chocolates that she remembered as a special treat when she was a child.

From Down Under to Ukraine ❤️
I'm in Australia and I have been messaging with a young lady in Ukraine for over 9 months. She is a single Mum due to losing her husband in the war against Russia, so having a means to make her feel good is great. The ability to organise the delivery of gifts and flowers to the other side of the world is tremendous. I can't thank this company enough for their wonderful service and I'm looking forward to using them regularly. The flowers are always beautiful especially the Christmas table topper. Thankyou once again for delivering the flowers for her birthday.

Dear Marina,
Thank you for your feedback.
We would like to clarify that the flowers were prepared and delivered fresh on the day of the order, and the arrangement was made carefully by our florist, as shown in the delivery photo.
We noticed that your review was submitted 10 days after delivery, which unfortunately makes it difficult for us to assess or address any issues at the time they may have occurred.
That said, we did reach out to you to better understand your concerns and offered a goodwill discount for a future order, as we always aim to support our customers and find a solution whenever possible.
If you are open to it, we would still appreciate the opportunity to assist you further.
Kind regards,
Ukraine Gift Delivery Team

Dear Neil, thank you for your kind review and for your understanding. Due to limited availability in Mykolaiv, we arranged for your basket to be shipped from another city to ensure quality. Unfortunately, this caused a slight delay in delivery, and we sincerely apologize for that. We truly appreciate your patience and are glad everything still worked out well.
