Adam arrived on time and explained the process for our nine radiator, 25 year-old system with new Viessmann boiler - diverter valve had been sticking due to sludge in system. He was polite, tidy and efficient, took around four hours and everything left clean and tidy… boiler seems quieter, radiators hotter! I would wholeheartedly recommend Derek’s company… DS Architect

great experience with uk power flush, engineer arrived on time was clean and tidy throughout and kept me well informed. I had some issues after with airlocks and Derek was absolutely brilliant txting and calling even offered to send engineer back in within a few days to help with the situation! I should add Not caused by them I had a new pump fitted a few days after the flush … absolutely 5 star rating and definitely the cheapest flush I could find .

Really good experience, power flush treatment recommended by boiler service engineer. Diverter valve sticking sending hot water through the heat exchanger of boiler rather than through the central heating system. This was causing the down stairs radiators to be Lew warm, two completely cold. I Filled out 4 contact forms for different power flush services as it wasn't a process I'm familiar with. I received a response with in 30 mins from Derek asking for details supplied by boiler service engineer and he explained the process of the power flushing service. He offered available dates one being Friday the 7th of Feb 8.30am. Adam arrived exactly on time,he was very pleasant and informative around the works being carried out and showed us through the stages of power flush and the grime coming out the system. Adam also fitted me a filter on the return line to the boiler. After completing works the radiator system was balanced and radiators are now nice and warm through out the home.

Fitted us in within a week and chap they sent, Tom, was really great lad. He explained the process every step of the way and left my home cleaner than when he arrived.

This company was recommended to us following lots of issues with our hot water and eventually the heating not working effectively. Tom arrived early and did a fantastic job flushing the system and radiators through - probably 25 years overdue - answered all our questions and gave advice on how to get the best out of our heating system. No mess, excellent, thoroughly recommend!

Tom was very punctual and delivered a fast and friendly service. Our radiators are now working more efficiently and the boiler is not knocking anymore. Would recommend.

I highly recommend UK Powerflush, Rob was here for 9 hours and worked non stop, with not even a break to eat. He explained everything he was about to do and showed my husband some of the black sludge, and how bad the system had been! He filled many black bin bags. He was friendly and respected our home and cleaned up well before he left. He must have been shattered.
The heating system works much better now. UK Powerflush is very professional and I would use them again.

We called UK Powerflush to fix a botched powerflush attempt that a previous company had made.
They quoted a price which we accepted, and Wayne arrived early morning exactly when promised.
He was friendly and also co-operative in doing the radiators in the order we requested.
The job encountered some difficulties, and in the end he was working on it most of the day, staying with us until it was shown to be totally complete and working.
When the invoice came, it was exactly the price we had agreed.
I very highly recommend this company.

Tom came yesterday from Power Flush to clean out the disgusting black sludge from our 11 radiators. He was very friendly and caring of our home too

Making the booking was easy, the waiting time for the work to be done was only about a week and the totally professional work carried out by their Plumber Paul left me very impressed.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from Derek before and after the service, and from Toby and Ian, who undertook the powerflushing. I appreciated the guidance and care that they took.

Brilliant experience with this company, Tom arrived on time , he kept us updated on his progress, he cleaned up after himself and was very professional. We booked the most expensive power flush but Tom told us we didn’t need it , he could have easily not said anything and charged us for something we didn’t need but he didn’t, we were impressed with that. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

We had so much stubborn sludge in our system and various attempts when flushing but eventually extra cleaner and going to the pipes directly we’ve got our radiators back to their heat capacity. The engineer Adam was brilliant at explaining the different scenarios including what would happen if he would have needed to come back etc, but thankfully 7 hours of straight work and the job was done. Thanks again!

Was advised by British Gas that I needed a power flush, so I chose this company. They came out and did a flush and left. My downstairs radiators were still not working.
I got another heating engineer out today (29.01.25) who flushed out my boiler (not done by ukpowerflush) and now my downstairs radiators are working and 2 upstairs ones are hotter than they were after the power flush!
Email sent to ukpowerflush about this.... No response received.
Dissapointed customer, won't use again.

Not too busy..... I work 12/14 hour shifts and no one answered the phone when I ring at 23.00.
I have not received any photos off this company but I have a photo of black Sludge water flushed out the boiler 7 days after this company apparently did a thorough job.

Very defensive, verbally aggressive and making untrue statements about a person, not knowing their current situation and difficulties makes contact frightening with the fear of being gaslit.

Rob was polite,kept us informed and did the work efficiently. Would highly recommend this company. We have radiators that now work!

Power flush of the central heating system ensured job was done properly. Heating working really well would recommend

Paul the heating engineer was very thorough, helpful and polite - explained all the issues with the heating system and spent all day working on it to get it working efficiently. Very pleased with the service and all at a reasonable cost.
