Really impressed with this company, my first pair of loupes and the company answered all my questions in lots of detail and gave me such good advice. The finished product is amazing and I am so happy with them. The customer care has been second to none and they reply so quickly which was super helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase loupes!

Such a great service, they had problems with Royal Mail postage recently and kept me informed throughout and sent a new set as they hadn’t arrived, they sent some spares along with my order and sent the new package by special delivery. When I received the package the next day I forgot to let them know I had and they checked in to see that everything was ok, they also helped me put the light clip together and showed me how it works. Such a good service cannot fault, the problem that occurred was out of their control and they went above and beyond to fix it. Thank you William for your help!

I am really pleased with the new Loupes and light I purchased from Uk Loupes recently, they are lightweight, comfortable and have made such a difference to my clarity of vision when working.
This is the second pair of loupes I have had from this company and the customer service I received was outstanding on both occasions. I received excellent advice from both Dan and Will, emails were answered quickly; nothing was too much trouble from my first enquiry to questions following delivery.

Excellent service and a quality product at a reasonable price.
I ordered a pair of 5x loupes, to aid with my endodontic work. Dan’s service was excellent and very attentive, he spotted an error in my working distance calculations and brought it to my notice and amended my order accordingly.

I have recently been in touch with UK loupes after a slight issue with my old loupes I had from dental school.
