Hi can you please advice? We stayed in uk 2013-2018.We went back our country for cooling period for 1year 3 months. Came back to the UK in May 2019 with tier 2 ict . In May 2022 company changed visa to skilled worker visa . So is it considered (3 +2 )5year can we apply ILR in 2024? Is it considered tear 2 ict 3 year and skilled worker visa 2 year separately Or together .?

Veera Sanghera provided absolutely amazing service. She provided consultation and also wrote as a cover letter that we used to support our citizenship application to explain our lack of CSI. By taking time to understand our situation and asking the right questions, she obtained sufficient information to construct and present our case which was accepted by home office and we are now awaiting date for the ceremony. I don't think we could have made it without her support. Highly recommended.
