Composite Garden Studio
Our 20 x 10ft composite garden studio appeared in an amazing 4 days! Such a hardworking & dedicated team. Ours is being used as 50% pottery studio and 50% storage/workshop and we will be having aircon and heating installed soon. We have been impressed with the insulation as you can tell the difference in temperature when you step inside. Everyone who has seen it has been very impressed with the quality including my Uncle, a chartered building surveyor! In fact he wants one for doing Tai Chi.

Our installation team would normally discuss the positioning of the building with the customer before installation to ensure it is placed in their preferred location. We’re sorry if this was not the case during your installation and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We elected to assemble the shed…
We elected to assemble the shed ourselves as it was going into a tight space, the component pieces are well manufactured to a very high standard and all fit together easily, however they are all heavy if you're not up to manhandling 40kg+ get someone else to do the assembly. Assembly took just a day, with another day for finishing off and tidying up.

It was delivered & erected by 2…
It was delivered & erected by 2 pleasant lads, it took them about 90 mins all in to erect it on the base I had laid. It fitted a treat and came factory pre-painted. It looks great and has a feel of good quality timber, solid & well constructed. My garden tools are looking forward to being stored in a dry, weatherproof shed over the winter months.

The process from ordering the summerhouse, the laying of the groundworks and delivery and install of the building was seamless.

We are loving our Dalbury composite garden room, it has been perfect and just what we needed, a split storage space and then office/art studio. It was a bit hot in the heatwave, so will be investing in some Air Con for next year! The service from the team was great and really efficient installing, with no issues.

Easy to get everything organised…
They sorted what we wanted straight away (discount day was a bonus) Paper work was done quickly. There was a 6-8 week lead time but that was ok. They contacted me a couple of weeks before to arrange delivery. They turned up on time and had finished erecting the shed within 30 mins.. My son was amazed.

8x6 pent shed
Got a 8x6 pent shed the 2 lads came and erected it in 20 mins. The wood is a soft wood with lots and lots of knot holes which when the sun shines they show up inside with a reddish glow not the best quality wood for the price also windows are inly beaded on left right and bottom not the top and not silicone in. Door is now warped and i had to put a thump twist on the top to stop water coming in. Not the best shed ive had

As timber is a natural product, knots and variations in the wood are to be expected, and unfortunately these are not something we can completely avoid.
Regarding the warped door, we would be more than happy to look into this for you. Please email our Customer Services team at customerservices@ukgardenbuildings.co.uk with some photographs of the door, and we can assess the issue further and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.
The windows should also be siliconed on the outside during installation. If this has not been done, please mention this when contacting us and provide some photographs so that we can arrange for this to be rectified.
We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and would welcome the opportunity to put them right for you.
12x8 garden room - excellent
We had a 12x8 garden room installed in August and I use it for working from home as well as a chill out space for the family. It was an excellent experience from start to finish, the two installers were professional throughout, the build was so quick and hassle free, there was no mess at all and no disruption to us. I would not hesitate to recommend UK Garden Buildings, everything went so smoothly and we love our new space,

Excellent installers and easy company to work with!
I've just had an 8x10ft garden office installed by UK Garden Buildings and it was such a great experience. The installers Will and Tom were friendly and professional, answered questions throughout the day and took their time to get things just right. I cannot believe how quickly it gets installed and it's great that you can leave the installers to get on with things as you carry on with your day.The quality is excellent and it looks so good! Interacting with the company office for payment etc. was seamless too. Would highly recommend!
