Bought a mattress ,most uncomfortable thing I have ever lay on, even with extra duvet and blankets underneath me it was still like lying on a cement block, was offered another mattress that felt exactly the same but no refund !

Please do not buy off this company they rip people off no customer services. The phone just rings and rings. Can’t get through to any one via email or message. I waited 4 weeks for bed. Still waiting for mattress 6 weeks on I’ve asked for refund in bed as it’s diabolical quality. Stay well away.

g bougt te roma leather 3 and 2 the arm of the three seater had a mark i ran out got the driver he came in said it was where he took label told me 2 wipe it with damp cloth i tried that it was ripped when i phoned them next day they said take pictures wich we did they said it would go to managment and i would get new one in post in to weeks timestill waiting they dont even answer my mail and the cushions are goin flat thats just after 9 or 10 weeks driver built it cost me £30 its a total rip of with them need to get them stopped dont buy from this company RIP OF COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! we have been waiting over 2 weeks for a reply for them after our sofa turned up damaged with a missing set of legs - and horrendously rude delivery drivers. We ordered the Vegas grey corner sofa and if you like an uncomfortable and rock hard sofa then i do recommend this one for you.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star but it wouldn't let me no stars. Absolutely appalling company. Orderd back in July 2020 I had them delivered on the 3rd August. At first they seemed OK. I then had to contact them on the 25th August as the cushions were going flat. They asked for photos which I supplied. They replied its expected as sofas are getting used. I messaged back a few times which they choose to ignore. Out of the blue on Friday 29th Jan 2021 they messaged me asking for my phone number as they had a resolution. I provided my number I was told they'd phone me on monday and surprise surprise no telephone call. I messaged them today and they've said its been 8 months now what do I expect. I highlighted the fact I first contacted them 3 weeks after receiving my sofas. They tried telling me my cushions are not covered by the warranty. Much to my surprise a guy then phoned me denying all knowledge of our messages and then went on to tell me he was going to do nothing about my complaint.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY POOR QUALITY AND JUST AS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

Very pleased with my sofa. Great value for money and gave me plenty of notice for delivery and sofa was delivered within a week with no issues what so ever. Our sofa is gorgeous and we absolutely love it. Would highly recommend this company unsure why there are so many bad reviews as we had nothing but great customer service from them.

Very very poor customer service, ordered sofa, been told it’s out of stock even I paid full amount and when I bought sofa was in stock. Lady and guy on the phone was extremely rude, unprofessional. I tried to change my order for different sofa, when I mentioned 3 I like they were all out of stock even website says in stock, I still did not seen my money back. Called to the showroom today to be told I couldn't go in, which would have understandable with the current situation however the website stated it was open. I called to see if I could view and buy the sofa we wanted as we were outside and had driven a distance to be told no and then out the phone on me, very rude and obviously not at all interested. We drove to Batley and bought the same sofa we wanted from there after seeing it and getting far better service and a better price too. What a poorly run and rude business.

Absolutely shocking emailed for 4 weeks as sofa degraded after 2 weeks poor quality arranged a collection date for today 29th September but once again they didn’t do their part and send packaging now they don’t want to come have sent several messages poor customer service poor quality buyer beware

We had our sofa delivered within 7 days great quality for the price paid and very comfortable overall very happy with the service recieved by this company

I rang to ask about the quality of the fabric on a sofa and the guy just said it was good and that they sell lots - but I hadnt even told him which sofa I wanted. I asked what material it was made from and he asked me "what materials do you know?" I asked him which specific material it was and he said "kensington" - which is not a material. I asked if it was cotton and he said "no". Then he told me it was polyester (cheap junk). He became rude and asked me if I was a material expert and hung up the phone. He was a really arrogant, bad mannered, unhelpful, obnoxious guy. At that moment I was definitely not going to buy from them, but I rang back to speak to a manager to make him aware of his employee - buy the same guy told me I was "wasting my time" and hung up the phone again. Polyester is absolute junk and will have worn, torn and ripped within a few weeks or months at best. The staff are as rude and arrogant as can be. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Terrible company of cowboys very poor quality over priced chap bed ripped and broke within days and sub base was made of cheap hard board that caved assign as it was sat on. Supposed engineer came to look but at best was a bloke paid £20 to try spout nonsense about something he knew nothing of. Avoid this company at all costs

Had to give 1 star to write this absolutely shocking delivered a sofa that didn’t work no apology when iPhoned very rude pretending they couldn’t hear me told me i was confused pretending they weren’t the shop had to open PayPal casebefore they would do anything sent an engineer who wasn’t an engineer but a delivery driver I had to give him tools to fix it complete farce.shop somewhere else

They are an HORRENDOUS company. When you try to speak to them over the phone they talk to you like a piece of s**t. AVOID AT ALL COST. They are related to SKS bed Ltd. Am reporting them to trading standards. This company and the other companies they trade by need to be shut down

Shame I can't give 0 stars sofas are so cheaply made had it a month and the seats looks like it's been had a year it's actually cut up foam in the cushions not anything proper you message them or comment on the Facebook and they just ignore you and delete your comments.. shambles of a company

Ordered a sofa 4 weeks ago. Said online it would take 5-7 working days, got a phone call same day, saying it would be in stock in 2 weeks time. Rang up in 14 days, asked for a delivery date and the person on the phone said it would be another 2 weeks so I said ok. Rang up Monday this week and they tried to say another week. I asked for a refund they said it would take 2 weeks so asked if any other sofas were in stock they said no, I said I want a refund today then and they started getting cocky and aggressive on the phone. Threatened them with trading standards and the police. Got a cal back from a woman saying they could send an alternative sofa out. They did. It arrived today and the delivery man was disgusting wouldn’t help take it up stairs as I live in a flat and have 2 small children. Avoid at all costs. This place needs shut down.

AVOID at all costs!! Bought a sofa 11 months ago and the leather is starting tear and stitching coming out!! Was told it had a 12 month warranty to which I sent them pictures after being ignored for 2 weeks and messages/ comments getting deleted and blocked from commenting on there Facebook page I rang to be told warranty only covers structure not material absolute joke of a company told me they don’t keep records of orders even though I have receipt with order number on!! AVOID AVOID AVOID currently in a process with trading standards!!

Absolute sham of a company. Ordered a sofa, paid my deposit to be told after 2 weeks my order was out of stock. Was offered the chance to cancel and get my refund which I accepted. I am still waiting for my refund! Staff are rude and talk to you like your dirt! They claim the problem is with my bank! Robbing money from hard working people I have very low expectations that I will get my money back. AVOID!! Do not bother with them
