A complete scam. They did not process my visa because of an 'error' in the payment, but they did charge me at the bank. When I asked them for a refund, because I already had another visa, they sent me the visa after I had already made the trip and they knew it because I had informed them. Also, they charge you 125 euros for something that costs 20 in the official app.
This is a complete scam. They make their website appear at the top of the page when you search "UK ETA" with Google, and they make it look like the official website of the UK government. They charge a hefty fee. You can easily get the ETA from the official website of UK government with a fraction of that charge.
This is a scam!!! They not only charge 6 times thw real cost. But they do not reply to emails, they do not send order number, confirmation, anything!
This was a complete scam.
We paid a large amount of money expecting to receive our ETA on time, but we never received it when we needed it. Because of this, our travel plans were seriously affected.
When we requested a refund, they told us that they would return the money, but they never did. We have made several complaints and still have not received our refund.
This is a dishonest service and a terrible experience. I strongly warn others not to use this website. In my opinion, this is a real scam.
This site is a complete rip-off and a scam!
This site is a complete rip-off! They charge many times the actual amount, supposedly because they offer special services. What a load of rubbish! A visa for Great Britain can easily be obtained through an app and doesn't require any third-party providers. We have requested a refund and hope to receive it. It's a shame that such providers can't be blocked!
