I have been a resident in a development managed by ESTATE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS (EMS) for 4 ½ years now and have found their service to be excellent. Residents are regularly updated with any upcoming maintenance works and any reactive works are dealt with quickly to prevent any further issues developing. Staff are also very friendly when contacted about any queries or issues.

Very pleased with recent service and Matthew dealing with my concern. The intercom had stopped working but Matthew got this resolved in a matter of days. He kept me fully up to date at all times as to when the engineer was due and had completed the work.
