Very good quality and the aftercare is brilliant.

I purchased Bi-folding door from this company a few months ago and I am so pleased with the service and product provided by UK Doors Online. A big thank to Paul, who was so kind and always ready to help when I had questions. I have visited the factory a few times, Paul showed me different range of product and helped me to chose the one suited me.

The Positives

Great Product

Great Customer Service when they are dealing with your initial enquiry (Kudos to Megan), and they do keep you well informed with manufacturing process, and the delivery timescale, I received my doors on the day that that they initially told me during the ordering process.

The Negatives.

After Sales Care & Quality Control, Leaves a lot to be desired.

Upon Receipt of Doors, realised that the wrong sill had been sent, spoke to Callum, and in fairness he did offer to send out a replacement which was the correct size, however owing to the bank holiday weekend, i wouldn't receive it till after that, i made do with the cill sent.

Following installation of the Doors, noticed that one of the hinges was scuffed in transit, and that there were fixings missing from the installation kit. Emailed their service department, asked to send photos, and following that it took another 4 weeks before replacements were sent out, that was only after sending multiple emails chasing and then being advised that parts had been sent out previously, and not sure why i haven't received them

Fast forward a few months later, and now the cold weather has started to descend on us, i noticed that there was draughts coming through the doors, and on inspection, realised that there are seals missing on the frames, and the seals that were installed were not cut to size correctly, have requested new seals, which is something i will just fit myself

Email and pictures sent again to the service team, I have yet to receive an acknowledgment of the email, I have phoned a couple of times, trying to get resolution speaking directly, however i always get told that someone will call me back, but i am still awaiting a response from them

If the after care / service team, had the same attitude as the sales, then this would have been a 5* from me.

I found this company on line, and I have to say from the first interactions through to the last they were without doubt one of the most professional, dedicated and helpful companies I have ever dealt with. I didnt see the doors before ordering so if felt like a leap of faith, however whilst they were the most competitive I could find there is zero compromise on quality. The delivery team were really good, very well priced and exceptional service. I would recommend them to anybody.

Ordered a bifold window and a casement window perfect service from advice over the phone to delivery. Windows are high quality very happy

I was recommended to UK doors on line by a friend who had used them for a similar product.
I was fortunate enough to speak to Paul Noad who was exceptional in his customer service skills. He couldn’t have done any more to help and ultimately was the reason I chose UK doors over other competitive companies Also the reason I can rate the company so highly
Paul is a true gentleman who clearly commits a lot to the product and his customers- a complete asset to the company I would say.
Sadly my further experiences after ordering were not so great. The doors were supposed to be delivered on a Monday morning- confirmed as first drop -on the previous Friday. My joiner came on Monday morning but wanted to be clear they would arrive before starting. I called mid morning when they hadn’t come , to be told that they would be arriving later in the day than planned -no one had thought to inform me. My joiner therefore rescheduled for the Thursday of the same week. He returned to discover that essential screws were missing. He therefore had to reschedule again. Understandably, having lost 2 days work he was quite irritated and said he wouldn’t be able to return for at least 3 - 4 months.
The flat packed doors were taking up the whole garage and stayed that way for almost 2 months. I kept calling asking for recommendations for fitters and Paul did everything he could to help , was very understanding but clearly was limited as I realise the company is supply only and don’t fit the doors. I requested the company may take the doors back until I could find a joiner, to consider this he escalated to a young lady who I believe is very senior in the company , who at best was very rude, had little customer service skills and almost caused me to lose faith in the company . She provided no support, no solution and clearly did not care - the doors were now sold and as far as she was concerned not her problem.
Eventually I got another fitter- he also had to return on a different day as there were still parts missing -he discovered on his first visit. The doors are now fitted and look great, some 5 months after ordering .
It’s a shame that my experience was marred by an unhelpful senior member of staff

3 pane bifold door with integral blinds:

Online ordering was simple and straightforward. Additional information and advice was readily available by phone.
My bifold door was delivered on schedule. The delivery driver contacted me prior to arrival and was very courteous and obliging.
Installation was straightforward and guidance was readily available with any queries quickly resolved.

I would definitely recommend choosing the integral blinds.

I am very happy with my door, it is very good quality at an excellent price - and looks great.

I am in the trade and regularly purchase bifolding doors. My old supplier had really long lead times and issues with quality. However since switching to UK Doors Online my orders have been on time as promised and the service is fantastic lovely company to deal with

Ordered 2 sets of bi folds, very helpful sales team, great communication right up until delivery date , fitted this week , quality is very high standard , will definitely be ordering again from here highly recommended

I came across this company on the internet and had the pleasure of Megan helping me with my bespoke bifold door and bespoke bifold window. She was truly fantastic , a real credit to the company , I was so impressed .
I was also so excited to receive my door and window yesterday! However, somehow I managed to receive TWO bespoke bifold windows, the glass for a bifold window , the glass for a bifold door but NO door. How these items weren’t cross checked whilst being placed on the van is beyond me.
However , the delivery guy was fabulous, and Stacey ( i think ) was very apologetic on the end of the phone. I now have to wait another week for a door to be made and arrive which has set me back in my kitchen renovations which is really frustrating.
My builder has said the quality of the windows is “top notch”
All in all the service has been fantastic apart from not receiving my door, yet. Most frustrating as my time was wasted yesterday ( took time off work for their arrival ) and will be again next week and so has my builders.

Very helpful sales staff going the extra mile to ensure that I got the best deal available for my order of a bi-fold door and window for a major dining kitchen upgrade. This was despite complications and delay in getting a joiner organised through the kitchen company. They provided detailed information as to what was required to ensure the correct manufacture of the door and window. Regular manufacture updates and delivery ETA was commendable and accurate.
Buying online from a company that was new to me was a bit daunting, but fortunately the good impression from my telephone calls was carried through to the quality of the product. The cost was significantly less than that of the competition that I checked out. Post installation, I’m very pleased with the quality and operation of the bi-fold door in particular and have no hesitation in recommending this company.
