UK Car Mats Anmeldelser

A good price.... Good clear pictures.... Quick delivery... Good quality. Thank you!

Good price & fast delivery well done.

This has been the single most frustrating purchasing experience I have ever encountered on eBay. I am rating this transaction zero stars due to unacceptable service and misleading practices.

• Logistics Nightmare: The delivery process was incredibly stressful. I wasted hours waiting at home and was forced to coordinate with DX entirely on my own. The seller offered absolutely no support.

• Defective Fit: The mats provided do not fit the designated vehicle at all, rendering the product completely useless.

• Unprofessional Support: When I contacted the seller to resolve these issues, no assistance was offered. Instead, they issued a generic, cut-and-pasted template response regarding their return policy. It is clear they rely on automated brush-offs rather than addressing genuine customer complaints.

They are actively misleading customers into thinking they are purchasing from the reputable, established company CarMats.co.uk. The advertisement for this product remains live on the platform under the trading name Pattern One Ltd, using the eBay user handles MatFactory and car-matscouk. Do not be misled by this active listing. Exercise extreme caution and take your business elsewhere.

I bought mats for a Vauxhall Corsa. They arrived within 36 hours of placing the order, which was seriously impressive. The mats themselves are really good, both in terms of looks and quality. The price was very reasonable. Top marks all round - thank you!
