I found my old receipt from this scam company. Like the others I paid out £400 and there were not grants and the company dissolved now. One director probably dead - born in 1931!! and the other hiding somewhere in Canada. Complete disgrace I wish I could take action against them feeding off small new businesses! I wonder if this sort of behaviour is still ongoing with other companies. Beware!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.... all the reviews that are more than 1 star ARE FAKE REVIEWS from them. You will lose your fee, and you'll get nothing relevant for it. They give you irrelevant grants from everywhere that are of no use to you. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Im a small business and totally didnt see it coming. I thought they where legit and was looking for some financial direction and its pretty much lead me back to the start. I honestly cant believe I got scammed too. Someone needs to DO something about them. Companies like this CANT get away with it and LEAVE US out of pocket. There should be a stronger system.

Don't deal with them please it's a scam we paid £400 pounds for the aim to help me getting grant , guess what!!!! They never pick my calls then they always promes to call back but they never did , took my money for nothing

This company is a total scam. I registered with them in October 2017 and they are not out of business and I don't have an account any more after paying nearly 400 pounds. Customer service doens't exist either. I also called my credit card company and they said it was a scam.

To be honest I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.. it is a scam. After fully explaining my company situation I was told that there were 9 grants /loans in my area. Upon paying the money and gaining access I found that there was nothing available in my area. I rang them back immediately to be emailed another lot of program codes, again nothing which I could apply for.. I have asked for a refund, but have been so far unsuccessful. I will keep pursuing my refund, and reporting them to every available complaints system possible.

I gave the UK Business Funding Centre a very detailed overview of my company, my circumstances, location and funding needs, and was informed that there were several grants available in my local area that I could apply for, potentially worth up to £20,000 in the first year.

Once I paid the £349 to access their portal, I found that there were no grants available in my area that I could apply for. Also, all the schemes listed within their portal are publicly available, with the applications being done via external websites.

After contacting them about this, I was told that I was not entitled to a refund because I had logged into their portal.

Being scammed out of £349 within 9 days of starting my business is not the funding solution I was looking for!!!!

DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR - If I could give 0 Stars I would.

Advertise they can get a grant and then give you a portal of companies that want to give you loads... I can use Google for that.

As soon as you pay the £349 for the 'portal' they stop answering calls and emails.

Complaint handed in today to the ombudsman and claim to the small claim court now put it.

They got me and getting my money back appears to be impossible!

They gave me nothing relevant and also nothing that is not available online.

I have no doubt that any positive reviews are fraudulent and have been left by themselves.

They have been spamming me daily for the past year, at the start of it I was also harassed by cold calls and a pushy sales woman called Helen who demanded that I pay in order to gain access to government grants. With absolutely no knowledge of my business she assured me that I was entitled to at least £15,000 worth of grants as well as low interest loans totaling £25,000. I asked about credit checks and of course Helen assured me that bad credit had no impact on eligibility.
She then proceeded to attempt to push me into paying an enrollment fee in order to gain access to information that can easily be found for free on search engines and government websites.

They also trade as UK Government Grants .Org & Small Business Grants UK.
Check them on companies checker. This is not their first illegitimate company - they are a scammers who have been repeatedly shut down. Problem is they keep coming back.

Any information regarding government grants is free and available through the government gateway and other official sites. This company is a scam & the staff are rude & persistent.

Would love to see them on FAKE BRITAIN.

Purports, through trading style, to be a UK Government affiliate.
Provides lies to draw people into taking the service.
Am currently trying to take legal action against them.

A total fing scam, pardon my french. I am in the process of dealing with the financial ombundsman. My bank have had to say they cant refund me, I will get the ombundsman to complain on my behalf and I will be refunded. Stay away from this company. The address is in london but the account you pay the fee into is iin Ireland, Dublin to be exact a total fing scam!!!

When your business experiences difficulties you find yourself willing to try different things. UK Business Funding is a useful tool, and is worth considering when either starting out or if you think your business needs a boost. The staff are friendly and the website seems to work ok.

Website is easy to navigate & provide good options.
The telephone customer service is a little slow but improved.

This company is a total scam. They told me lots of lies to get my sign up money and now they will not return my calls or emails. Save your self some time and money. Don't pay this scam company any money

I found using the UK Business Funding Centre's system very easy to use and amazed at the number of results returned from my initial searches.

I received a business loan which has enabled me to start-up my business which sees my first event being launched in October 2017.

There are other opportunities for funding within I am still pursuing whilst my membership is still valid.

excellent communication the support was fantastic i would highly recommend this company the help they have given me and constant updates and helped me get into my shop quicker

I found they didn't answer emails and I have done the refund request twice because they don't appear to have got the first one. The customer services chap Joel has been very helpful in getting my refund sorted though. I don't think it is an individual issue, people are very helpful when you speak to them but dealing with a named person as a contact rather then customer services would be better. I would be inclined to search your local authority first for funding and cut out the middle man.
