I am extremely disappointed with my experience with UK Beds Direct. I purchased a bed and mattress for £727.20, and the experience has been very frustrating from start to finish.

Once assembled, I was unhappy with the quality and finish of the bed frame, and the colour was significantly different from what I expected based on the images on their website. The mattress supplied also sits far too high for the frame, leaving the bed looking nothing like the advertised pictures.

I contacted customer services to explain my concerns and requested a full refund and collection of the bed and mattress. I provided photographs and explained the issues in detail. Although the company initially responded and offered to arrange an inspection, they subsequently stopped responding to my emails, despite several follow-ups.

I have been more than willing to cooperate and allow the company to inspect the bed, but I still have no resolution to my complaint or confirmation of when the inspection will take place.

For a purchase costing over £700, I expected much better quality and, more importantly, far better after-sales service. The lack of communication has made an already disappointing experience even worse.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from UK Beds Direct to research carefully and make sure they are comfortable with the returns process before ordering.

I am extremely unhappy with both the product and the way my complaint has been handled. I hope the company finally responds and takes responsibility for resolving this matter.

After a tense 6 weeks waiting for my bed it finally arrived last Saturday and it’s a great bed.

The wait time was longer than the website says and the communication with the company was patchy and not very informative, but the bed arrived exactly as described and it a good quality sturdy bed. It seems pretty good value for money .

I would recommend ordering fabric samples before ordering as the samples give a better reflection of the bed than the photos on the web .

I came home from work very excited to see my new bedroom set. At first glance, it looked beautiful and very impressive.
However, after taking a closer look, I noticed several issues:
* There are cuts in the upholstery in two places.
* The gold mirror elements are damaged on the edges in two areas.
* The headboard was not protected with any covering and was visibly dirty, which required me to clean it myself.
These defects may not be obvious from a distance, but they are clearly noticeable upon closer inspection. Considering the amount I paid, this is very disappointing and does not meet the expected quality standards.
I would like to mention that I am satisfied with the delivery and assembly team – they were professional and did a good job. However, I am not happy with the quality of the product itself.

I recently purchased this bed, but after placing the order I realised it was going to be too large for my room. I contacted customer service and spoke with Kamron, who was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful from start to finish. He took the time to go through everything with me clearly and professionally. He offered to adjust the bed measurements to better suit my space and also informed me that the headboard was already split, meaning I wouldn’t need to pay the additional £100 to have it divided which I really appreciated.

The bed arrived exactly as promised, very quickly and in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble, the measurements were correct, and it fit perfectly in my room. The quality is excellent it looks exactly like the photos and feels incredibly soft and well made.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the product and the customer service. Kamron’s professionalism and helpfulness made a huge difference, and I would definitely recommend this company to others.

A great delivery team of Adam and Farhaan!! Kept informed of delivery times throughout the day, and arrived as expected. Bed delivered and built by a very polite and friendly team and all rubbish removed afterwards. They managed s very tricky staircase too!! Thank you for such a great service!!

I’ve had an excellent experience with UK Beds Direct on two separate occasions. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my orders. Even when the mistake was on my end, their team went out of their way to fix it and ensure I received exactly what I wanted. Always available on phone and WhatsApp and the delivery was fast too.

Their customer service is outstanding,friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a company that cares this much about its customers. I’m really grateful for the extra effort they put in.
