Thank you for your honest review. We’re thrilled to hear that you love your new artwork from Peter. We're glad the communication and delivery experience were positive. When there is an additional amount to pay on top of the Art Gift Voucher, it does add an extra step to the process, but we appreciate your patience - and we’re always here to help make it as easy as possible.
Really Friendly staff and easy process
I was gifted a gift voucher, and picked out a few pieces. one was unavailable, and they were really quick to get in touch, letting me know and assisting with any queries i had whilst choosing a new artwork. there was a really personal touch to the whole process, getting tracking information which is so rare (at least with bigger companies)

Tim Southall: Limited Edition Silkscreen Print entitled 'Out With The Dogs'
I ordered my print from UK Artists during the Christmas break - not really the best time to order anything. I received an immediate and informative response from Grace, thanking me for my order and explaining the process involved. The beautiful print arrived a couple of days after New Year. Delighted with both the print by Tim Southall and the friendly communications. 'Out with The Dogs' is an intriguing image and expertly constructed and executed. I couldn't be more pleased with it. Many thanks.

I recently redeemed a gift voucher and chose some beautiful cards from two different artists. The communication the company gave me from the start was excellent, very informative and helpful. The cards were delivered in a matter of days and again I was contacted to advise that should there be a delay in receiving my order, to let them know.An excellent company to deal with.

I ordered one of the marine/sailing paintings by Niko and it arrived by the next available post. Not only was this great service by Grace but also the painting was even better in 'the flesh' than I expected and I love it!

Great website and customer experience
I found the website through a Google search looking for a birthday present for our son. I was impressed with the art on the website and ordered a drawing less than a week before his birthday. I asked whether it could be delivered in time and it arrived with two days to spare. The drawing is beautiful and our son loves it. Many thanks to Grace - and to Ian the artist - for making this possible.
