Ukairfares ltd Anmeldelser

I and my husband have been using Ukairfares travelling to africa for over five years now. Thanks to Ali. He has been doing an amazing job. He is always one phone call away. He is ready to amend and find solutions. Just last week Thursday my husband was supposed to travel upon getting to the airport it was discorded that his passport would be expired in September thus he would not be granted visa on arrival to his destination. One phone call to Ali it was sorted. Thank you Ali for been so supportive.

Poor service. Take money very quickly but sends no proof of tickets and lots of last minute hidden payments. When asking what’s happening no response. JASON in particular. Bad bad company will be reporting them for fraud

Martin Uk Air Fares, execcllent customer severce with Sammy, good communications, making sure he reaches out before my travel and after my returned from Rwanda air line 21/2/2026 to 29/03/2026, very compititive flight fare, I would have gave him 10 stars if their was any position for that. Great service.

John made my experience great by being attentive, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the best solution. He listened carefully to my needs, explained things clearly, and followed up to make sure everything was working as expected. It felt like he really cared about delivering a good outcome rather than just completing a task.
