Very pleased so far
The water tank on my previous water flosser was impossible to keep clean by its design so I'm hoping the Spotlight UV flosser will overcome that issue. The tank is smooth inside so hopefully keeping it clean won't be a problem, along with the UV cleaning facility. Delivery was very quick and I bought it with a good discount. Happy so far with my purchase. However, the replacement heads are a bit pricey and come in a package with replacement heads that I won't use so this could be a potential drawback in the future.

Great Apple-like design and packaging
Great Apple-like design and packaging. Having always used Philip's toothbrushes I was delighted with how light and easy to handle the SpotlightPro is. My one niggle is that putting the brushes on and taking them off requires more physical effort than is ideal for an older person.

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for choosing the Spotlight Pro. We're delighted to hear that you appreciate the design, packaging, and lightweight feel of the toothbrush.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the brush heads. Removing and attaching the heads should not require excessive force, so this is something we'd like to investigate further. A member of our team will be reaching out to you shortly to gather some additional information and assist you further.

Excellent cleaning and whitening. Could improve on sensitivity
I'm still learning how to direct my Waterpik without dousing my hair and glasses, but I'm getting better and the results are worth it.
The whitening toothpaste is excellent though its gum sensitivity formulation isn't strong enough for me to give up Colgate Complete.

Thank you for your review Karen! We're delighted to hear you're seeing great results with the water flosser. If you're still getting used to it, try starting on Gentle Mode and increasing the pressure as you become more comfortable. We're also pleased you're enjoying the Whitening Toothpaste and appreciate your feedback on the sensitivity formula.
fantastic customer service fantastic toothbrush
We bought 2 sonic pros last year. One worked perfectly and had zero problems. One suddenly the battery wouldn't charge. Contacted customer service. Within a day of telling them there was a new one on the way to me. This was the only issue we've had and it was resolved super fast. The toothbrush is amazing. It cleans super well and feels clean
