I wouldnt use anything else but…
I wouldnt use anything else but Spotlight products and over the years I have used many different brands of toothpaste, brushes, mouthwash, flossers etc not one have come up to Spotlight standards. I was so glad I found them when I was looking to buy a new electric toothbrush a few years ago,and since then I’ve used no other brands, nothing comes close in my honest opinion. I ordered the toothpaste ,mouthwash, floss,PAP,brush heads etc on the strength of how well my new toothbrush performed. My dentist agrees with me too as for the last 2 years I have not needed any treatment whatsoever, including scale and polish, these were not needed as the products do their job properly! The products do the work for me. I swear by Spotlight for mine and my families dental health. We all have the products and use them everyday. Spotlight might not be the cheapest out there but they are DEFINITELY the best! Thank you for looking after my oral health Spotlight♥️

Excellent customer service who actually read your emails.
So this isn't so much a review of their product but of their customer service which I am judging from this single experience.
It couldn't have gone any better. I emailed the customer service desk on a Sunday afternoon about a problem with my toothbrush. I'd had it for was 16 months. I wasn't expecting a reply until Monday but they got straight back to me and over a few emails they arranged a replacement and a return so they could see just what had gone wrong.
All the while I was dealing with humans who actually read my emails. A refreshingly human company.

Expensive maintenance
I have had the toothbrush for a few years and I find it does what I require. My concern is that the toothbrush heads + delivery are expensive. Once in I have no alternative but to pay what is charged.

Would definitely recommend Spotlight
I have had a spotlight toothbrush for 3 years. I order new toothbrush heads but the toothbrush itself is still going strong. Holds it's charge really well (3 weeks ish). I had Phillips sonic toothbushes before that and as soon as they were out of the 2 years warranty, within a few months they always died! I needed a flosser so given my experience with Spotlight toothbrushes I bought one of their flossers. It's brilliant. Simple to use, loads of water in the tank so you don't run out. If I were to find any fault, the cover that goes over the recharge port is attached by a really thin piece of rubber that I think could tear if you pulled it too hard. But I'll just be mindful of that when i recharge it.
