I went to Accessorize Arndale Manchester branch and had my piercing and i was assisted by JOSH and he is so professional and vary accommodating, he explained everything and make sure all is good before doing the procedure, i am really happy to have it there and not somewhere else that i am not sure about the cleanliness. Accessorize is a recommended place to go for piercing.

Bought some earrings (small studs) for my daughter from the Birmingham store. When my daughter tried to take them out of the paper to put them on, they either broke or got bent...so 3 pairs of earrings all useless and I've just chucked them in the bin. Never again am I going to buy any accessories from Accessorize! Lesson learned.

I would never recommend this Monsoon Accessorize store to anyone.
I travelled to this store to collect my Click & Collect order (Order No. 8003239703), only to discover, as soon as I opened the package at the till, that the hair claw I had ordered was scratched, covered with visible glue marks and of extremely poor quality. It should never have been made available for collection.
The obvious question is: if the product was not of an acceptable standard, why should I have spent my own money travelling to collect it? The company's poor quality control resulted in a completely wasted journey.
Unfortunately, the customer service was even worse than the product.
While I was trying to open my collection email because of a poor internet connection, the sales assistant started serving another customer, even though my transaction had already begun. When I finally managed to access the barcode, she processed the refund while rolling her eyes and threw the returned item into a basket in a dismissive manner. I found this behaviour rude, disrespectful and completely unprofessional.
When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it, claiming it was "for security reasons." I then asked to speak to the manager. I was told there wasn't one working that day. The person who appeared to be supervising also refused to identify the employee and simply told me to make a complaint.
I left the store feeling humiliated and deeply disappointed by the way I was treated. Based on my experience, I felt that I was treated differently because I come from a different cultural background. I raised this concern with Head Office, but they rejected it, stating they had found no evidence of discrimination.
Although the company refunded the item, they refused to reimburse my travel expenses, refused to send a replacement, refused any goodwill gesture and closed my complaint without accepting any responsibility for the customer service I received.
A defective product can happen in any business. What matters is how customers are treated afterwards. Sadly, my experience showed poor quality control, poor customer service and a complete lack of accountability.
I will never shop with Monsoon Accessorize again, and I would never recommend this store to anyone. There are many retailers that treat their customers with far more respect.

Truly great service from start to finish at the Luton Airport store by Veronica.
Myself & a friend were simply browsing the store waiting for our connecting flight, Veronica was so helpful as she was stacking some shelves. Showing me some bikini knickers that would match a bikini top & a sarong. Brilliant cross selling & such a friendly knowledgeble lady.Highly recommend.

I returned a faulty item, which l purchased in a different store. I also did not have my original recipt only a copy of transaction on my bank statement.
The sales assistant was extremely pleasant and in agreement that there was a fault and gave me a gift card to replace the item. I was happy with the whole customer service.

Awful!!! Never shop online with Monsoon!!!
I have been buying Monsoon clothes for over 20 years and for the first time I ordered 2 items online as gifts.
One didn’t fit - I can’t take it to a shop and have to use the online return portal.
The portal didn’t recognise my order number multiple times.
I email customer services twice within the returns timescale, nothing…
My third email is after the timescale, obviously they will not accept my return and couldn't be less helpful or evasive.
Not sure what has happened but online customer service is immature, evasive and wrongly accusatory, having received email correspondence from supposed head of customer services I can see exactly why.
For the sake of wrongly keeping my last payment I will ensure never to waste another penny with Monsoon, Accesorize or East going forward.

I bought a bag while passing through,
At Copenhagen Airport—nice, I thought, and new.
But back in London, what did I see?
The same bag selling for £32—not £46.32 like me.

I know airports charge a little more,
But fourteen pounds extra? That’s hard to ignore.
If prices vary, that may be fair,
But such a difference gave quite a scare.

Accessorize, we shop with you often in town,
So finding this left us feeling a bit let down.
Still hope the brand we like so well,
Will keep prices fair—and stories like this hard to tell.

Over 3 month now my money still not refunded, very frustrating contacted several times, wondering why it is so slowly like they building the world biggest house

My daughter had her ears pierced for £50. At the time of piercing I asked the manager if they were placed correctly as one side looked particularly low for a second piercing and too close to the edge of the ear. She advised me that I was mistaken and this was in fact the correct placement. A year on and I took her to have her 3rds done by someone else and was advised they couldn't do it as her 2nds were done wrong and if they did the 3rds in line with this there would be nowhere to pierce. Contacted the store and customer service and neither accepted any responsibility. Down £50 and daughter has to now allow her 2nds to close over before having them done again and only after that will she be able to have her 3rds done. They also refused to provid me with their insurers details to make a claim for costs at the very least. Feel my daughter should be compensated for the hassle etc but I would have settled with a refund but now no apology, nothing. Manager actually tried to place blame on me saying we always ask if you are happy before we pierce to which I reminded her that I had raised this concern at the time and was made to feel silly so I just trusted them ad the apparent "professionals"

Ordered two kaftans during lock down. It was delivered quickly and the dresses are true to size, look as described and good quality.
