I ordered a dress for my daughter’s prom. She looked beautiful , got so many compliments about her dress.
I chose to pay slightly extra to have the dress made to my daughter’s specific measurements as she’s really tall and Milly Bridal produced exactly what we ordered.
Straight forward simple process and no stress.
Can absolutely recommend.

I highly recommend! My dress came well in time, well packaged, in perfect condition, and much better quality that I expected.
Ordering it was also a very simple, straightforward process.
I had a few alterations done since I got a size up, and it turned out absolutely amazing and totally loved it!

Unreliable.
The dress arrived weeks after the delivery date. I sent numerous emails to chase and nobody ever replied. There was no other way of contacting them. Avoid this company.

I gave it 4stars because the customer service was great, the dress was great but it was abit weirdly sewn on 1 part and it had a REALLY REALLY SMALL stain on the inside so it wasn't visible but still...
Otherwise the dress was just like the picture i have no complaint about it, i did alter it because it was for a wedding

My dress was the highlight of our special day. Beautifly designed and very robust. A lot of guests accidentally stepped on the dress and the dress survived. I felt comfortable all day, I thought I may become a little too warm throughout the day but I didn't it was perfect. Everyone was very complimentary and made me feel very special. I thank the designer of this dress for making my day extra special and making me look beautiful

Do not buy from this company, I read the bad reviews but thought what can go wrong it’s only a pair of shoes, how wrong was I, the order was a few weeks before it arrived as they are not UK based like they want you to think, I opened my package and they had sent the wrong size to what I’d ordered so I emailed them their response was that I would have to pay the shipping when it wasn’t my fault so I disputed that, they offered for me to keep the shoes and get a partial refund so I reluctantly agreed to that as I thought I might be able to sell the shoes and it was proving to be a chew on to send them back so after various emails they said they would give me the refund, that was three weeks ago and I’m still waiting, I’ve sent them three more emails but no response whatsoever. Terrible terrible customer service

Do not buy from this company. The quality and make up of the dress I ordered is very poor and totally different like on the picture, material is cheap and sizing is all wrong. Such a disappointment as my daughter supposed to wearing the dress to a weeding! No replay to email! AVOID!!!!

I bought my prom dress from Millybridal and it was lush! It fit me so well and the quality was so good. Delivery was nice and quick too xx

The dress was beautiful and way more stunning in person, it was for my sisters prom and will be a memorable day for the rest of her life, thank you for making her princess dream come true

The dress was nice, however it didn’t look much like the photos online and the fit was a bit awkward.

The dress fit how it was meant to the size guide was correct and it was gorgeous i loved it. It came fast and was perfect for the event that i needed it for.

Not a good company.
Ordered dress- when it arrived the the sizing was way off. I ordered 16/18 it was more like 12/14. Wanted to return it but it has to be sent to China at your cost or if I keep it they will give me 10% of the purchase price- outrageous. No mention of any of this when you order and you have to contact them for a return address so BEWARE

Do not buy from this company. It poses as a UK company but it is not. The quality and make up of the dress I ordered is very poor, material is cheap and sizing is all wrong. On trying to return it I became aware they only operate from China so you have to return to China and pay the postage which isn’t viable and also very eco unfriendly. Avoid!
