Absolutely terrible colour is not same as what is shown on website the material is not how you would expect it and the measurements are wrong no contact info either

I absolutely love this dress it such a nice prom dress and arrived just as pretty as the picture

i have been waiting to receive my prom dress when they said it would arrive within a week of ordering and it has now been 3 weeks, when i go to track my order it doesn’t load. do not recommend as scammed me for my money

If I could give 0 stars I would, I was very much looking forward to receiving my prom dress but when I turned up it was completely different from the picture There was beads on it that were not shown in the picture it was so much more puffed out than shown on the model, Then after pictures of evidence of the dress they refused to refund me!! Such bad service they are trying everything not to refund the clearly different item and I will be making sure that I tell everyone I know who is also prom dress shopping in the present and future to stay well away from this website. Utterly disappointed to say the least.

Had a very good experience with the brand. I ordered my prom dress about a week or two before prom, very last minute but I came in time and fit me so so well. The communication through delivery was good too, I was updated on every step which was very nice in making sure it came on time. How definitely recommend!!!

Bought for my daughter’s prom and it was perfect! They were very clear with measurement instructions and dress arrived quicker than expected! Dress was beautiful and fit like a glove! Would definitely recommend and use again

Awful. Customer service will not issue returns at all. They don’t take reasons for bad quality as they say that every dress, even standard size is made to order and that the picture is true to colour and quality. Do not waste your money!

Dress doesn’t fit at all I ordered 4 sizes bigger with me going to be 7 months pregnant on my wedding day I’ve just received it with my wedding in 1 weeks time like I say it doesn’t fit at all the cups for the breasts are sewn in the complete wrong place I contacted them to discuss the issues & they requested photos of me in the dress stating I’ve clearly done something to the dress I said politely no all I’ve done is try it on & repackage it due to it not being suitable for me then when I asked for a return & full refund they point blank refused stating it’s in their policy that they don’t do returns at all which I had already read the policies & all the information & criteria for returning one of their dresses but still they refuse so now I’m hundreds of pounds down & no dress for my wedding 😭😭 AVOID AT ALL COST!!

I’ve ordered my wedding dress and it’s arrived and it’s not even the same colour. It’s a completely different dress. The quality is awful and had random bits of sewing on it. I’m devastated.

Please don’t buy from Milly Bridal, you’ll waste your money!
Ordered a sequin prom dress in the colour champagne for £133 and it’s arrived a horrible garish full on gold. The quality is poor, when you walk in it the lining sags out of the end of the train. Even though the company looks like it is based in the UK, it’s actually Chinese. Wrote to explain the problem and they have refused to refund me, saying they made the correct dress, even though there’s clear photographic evidence that the dress looks nothing like the colour I ordered. Avoid, unless you want to get really disappointed!

Quality is far better than I expected. I asked for a big change to the dress (change to full corset lace up back) and this was done really well. The fabrics are heavy and good quality. I had ordered similar dress from other suppliers for a much higher price but sent them back due to such poor quality. My dress looks far more expensive than it was

Dress came very quickly and was really impressed with the quality and how it looked! I was a little worried it will either come too small or that it won't look like it did on the website but it did, very impressed.

very pretty dress although it was a bit big and the slit was low on my leg but that was my mistake with the sizing i choose and i did not have time to get it altered but overall very comfy and pretty dress
