I am so so impressed by this dress company. My dress came in just in time for my prom and fit me like a glove. I ordered my dress in a custom size and it was absolutely perfect. Nothing bad to say about it. However one flaw is that this company is not based in the UK. Despite the fact that this site is based on being in the UK, I had received an email saying that I should receive my order in a weeks time after placing my order. However, I had to wait around 3 weeks as this dress came from China. All of that aside, I would definitely recommend this company. The dress was absolutely stunning, I'd just say to order a few weeks in advance.

Dress arrived in good time and was really well made.

Dress was perfect, so beautiful and fit amazing!

No option to leave 0 stars. This company is awful, dress arrived late, way past the due date. Also didn’t fit my daughter despite checking measurements. The dress quality is thin and cheap. I started a return immediately, their reply’s were few and far between. Three weeks past and no response. Finally received an email stating, no return accepted as I should I have checked the measurements (which I did).
Please avoid!!

Ukmillybridayl, there a lots beautiful and amazing dresses, so hard for choose, and so diferent, you haven't risk same events with look similar your friends, so unique and exclusive... my daughter choose beautiful dress for PROM PARTY, AND SURE , DEFINITELY, ANYBODY SIMILIAR WITH AMAZING DRESS, SIMPL BUT BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT..AND COMFORT TOO.. IM SO HAPPY, AND DEFINITELY WHEN NEED DRESS FOR FORMAL OCCASION.. DEFINITELY I WILL GET ANOTHER ONE WITH THIS AMAZING COMPANY..

They are very helpful and the dress material is very soft. It is really affordable as well and the dress isn’t very heavy but you would think you spent over £300 on their dresses thats how good the quality is.

Got a dress custom sized and when it arrived it was too small. I started a dispute as the website says you can if the measurements are faulty. I had to email them as the returns portal on the website doesn’t work and the customer service is appalling - instantly blaming the customer and sending images to “prove” the measurements were correct. The images of proof I received for hip size were taken a good 3-4 inches lower than where the dress actually sat on my hips (and this would of been true for the model as well). The quality is not worth the money and the fabric was fraying when I received the dress and looked unfinished. They try to worm their way out of any fault. I doubt I’ll receive my £112 back, even if I did I’d have to pay for return postage which as the company is NOT a UK company, return postage would likely be an additional £10. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

The prom dress was lovely and delivered very quickly. It was packaged very well and they kept me updated regularly. Very nice experience overall and easy.

This is not a UK company. The dress ordered does not fit, they refuse to do a return, often referring to their returns policy that can not be accessed due to a server error!! (Convenient!).
The dress is a standard size, not bespoke made and looked nothing like the photos on the website either!
Customer service is shocking!
Would not recommend this company at all, I am taking this to trading standards!

Ordering a custom promotional dress was very easy , I sent off all the measurements as required, it came within 3 wks we gave plenty of time as our post isn't the best ,
When her dress came it was neatly packaged .
I hung it up ready for my daughter to come home from school .
She put the dress on it fitted her like a glove , shes a size 4 so very slim , she said its the most comfortable dress shes ever worn ,
When she went to the prom she had so many compliments even now on photos .
The workmanship of the dress is amazing so beautiful I will definitely be ordering more dresses from here and I would definitely recommend this wonderful company milly brides .

The dress came very quickly. Was packed well and the dress its self was great quality would use again.

We bought a dress for my daughter’s prom. It arrived in a timely manner and was stunning. It fit her perfectly, we just had to have it taken up as she wore trainers with it.
She was so pleased and really stood out.

The dress is beautiful, and customer service was great, and it arrived soon er than expected.

I only gave four stars, as the colour of the dress, was more red than burgundy and there was less embroidery than expected. It was also the colour of the dress instead of the much darker shade shown in the pictures.

My daughter was happy with it, and as I said, it is a beautiful dress.

I was very apprehensive at first. Wasn't sure what to expect or if the dress wiuld even arrive as my account kept saying processing. I was pleasantly surprised when the dress arrived approximately 3 weeks after ordering.

The dress came inside out (as it should) in a dust bag and was heavy, quality material. The dress is absolutely stunning. My daughter got so many compliments.

I paid for express delivery but my dresses came late and when I tried to return them, they said they couldn’t (keep in mine I ordered a standard size and not custom tailoring which they said on the website is returnable). And then they tried to offer me a 15% discount ://

Awful customer service! If I could of gave them 0 stars I would!

My daughter ordered 3 evening dresses, she wanted 3 different styles as she had a few functions to go to.

They emailed to ask why we had ordered 3 so we told them. They then emailed back saying the dresses were non returnable UNLESS they were too small/big or faulty.

The dresses came and 2 out of the 3 were too small so I started the return process!

The customer service is received was shocking to say the least!

They said it was impossible for the dresses to be small as thet were hand made and asked me to send photos.

I send the photos in as the dresses were measuring 2 inches smaller than stated!

They emailed back and said they do not accept returns so we haven't been able to send the unwearable dresses back, leaving us £209 out of pocket!

AVOID AVOUD AVOID
Thet will tell you anything until they get your money and tgen are unwilling to help you when there garments are not wearable.

I'm currently in the process of taking this further and contacting trading standards and BBC Watchdog as their online shop needs to be closed down.

There dresses are beautiful BUT their customer service and unwillingness to help or come to an arrangement means I will not be buying from there EVER again and will make sure I spread tge word so that no one else gets robbed like I did!

I usually don't like ordering clothes online especially website I do not know but Milly Bridal proved me wrong. My daughter looked stunning at her prom and she ended up in the local paper, because of her dress.
