Having worked with Ryan W. From Grafton for a previous job role he placed me in, it was a no brainer for me to use him again. Both times there was one thing made abundantly clear, he will find you a role that suits you. He’s not into the game of placing you and you’re no longer his client, once placed he makes contact to see how things are, because he understands that things aren’t always what they say on the tin as was the case for the first role he placed me in. I want to make it very clear that was through no fault of his and once we caught up he jumped straight back into finding me something more suitable and achieved it again, I didn’t just meet a recruiter looking to get his payday, I found a guy who wants to make sure you get yours too in a role you’re happy with.

I’ve worked with a fair few companies and recruiters over the years and Ryan is head and shoulders above them all. I hope I don’t have to work with him again to find another role but it is nice knowing I’ll be in good hands should I ever need to.
