I enrolled with FindMyTuition.com in May, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. Throughout the course, classes were repeatedly cancelled without proper notice, leaving students uncertain about the schedule. Many of us had to continually chase the organisers just to find out when the next session would take place.

There was no clear communication, no updates, and no regard for the students who had paid and were eager to learn. We were effectively left in the dark and completely ignored.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend FindMyTuition to anyone seeking a reliable or professional learning provider. Sadly, many of us were left feeling as though we had been misled and taken advantage of by this organisation.

I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company. They misrepresented themselves as having a UK presence, but in reality they are operating out of Noida, India. I was charged £499 with the promise of guaranteed placement, yet more than six months have passed with absolutely no results.

Their customer service has been completely unprofessional — they stopped responding to emails and eventually blocked my number. This kind of behavior is highly unethical and feels like a scam designed to take money without delivering the promised services.

Please be cautious before engaging with them. My experience has been one of total dissatisfaction, wasted money, and zero accountability from their side.

I enquired about doing a course with them and it felt off. Didn’t think anything of it at the beginning. But when you dig in their accreditations are either dubious or false. They continually contact you despite unsubscribing and employee aggressive bullying tactics to sell to you to the point they don’t listen and just reading of a script. This is not how serious organisations behave. I found it totally disrespectful, unprofessional and quite frankly ludicrous behaviour.

UK Find My Tuition made it really easy to find the right tutor. The platform is simple to use, and the tutor I was matched with was knowledgeable and helpful. Sessions were flexible and suited my pace. Great support from the team too — would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for reliable tuition in the UK.What stood out to me the most was the excellent customer service — the team was approachable, quick to respond, and ready to help with any queries.

Fake Promises, Abusive Work Culture

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Find My Tuition. The company makes false claims of having an office in the UK — but there is no proof or verified presence. They even issue certificates with logos of companies like Google, claiming them to be official — which I later found to be completely misleading.

What’s worse is their unethical treatment of employees. Many are not paid their salaries, and when someone resigns, they are threatened with legal cases and recovery notices of ₹1.5 lakh, even for roles where no such bond was clearly mentioned or agreed to.

The work environment is extremely toxic, with verbal abuse and unprofessional behavior between team members and managers being common. There is no proper HR support, and everything feels like a trap once you're inside.

I would strongly advise future employees and students to verify everything independently before joining or trusting their claims. Please protect your time, career, and peace of mind.
