The website advertises free returns
The website advertises free returns, yet when I returned 2 items I only got 70percent of my money back. Very decieving and I will not shop again unless I get a full refund of my items.
No email received and no one has contacted me.
I paid £90 and got £63 back so I'm sorry it's all lies.

Good quality Bikini's
The bikins are fabulous they just didn't suit my body, good quality
My main concern is that I could not send one back but I didn't realise until I had submitted the order, perhaps it could be a little clearer? The retuns page is a bit combersome.

I am happy to change my review if they rectify the problem. All the beachwear I ordered didn't fit so they issued me a coupon for exchange. The second batch didn't work either and they will not refund me. It is actually against my consumer rights. The case is ongoing and they need to fix it otherwise I have to go to my local trading standards office. Unfair contract terms will not hold up.

Dear Mitra, thank you for sharing your concerns, and we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience.
To meet different demands from our customers, we offer several options to simplify the return and exchange process, such as refunds and store coupons. If customers choose a store coupon for exchange, they are able to keep the original items. In most cases, customers use the coupon to select a more suitable size, and this usually resolves the issue without further complications.
However, we understand that in your case, the second order still did not meet your expectations. Please rest assured that for situations like this, we can also apply to our supervisors to provide extended support and work toward a more satisfactory resolution.
We sincerely apologize that you are not satisfied with our return policy. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will make sure to pass your comments to the relevant department for review. We truly hope to improve our policies and service in the future.
Lastly, we have sent you an email so we can discuss this further with you and see what resolution we can come up with. Please check it at your convenience. We hope to hear from you soon!

Dear Natalie, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
We’re delighted to hear that you were satisfied with our service, delivery, and the color of the bikini, and that the bottoms fit you perfectly. At the same time, we’re truly sorry to learn that the bikini top did not provide the level of support or the fit you were expecting.
Please note that different bikini top styles are designed with varying levels of support and shaping, depending on the cut and structure. We understand that fit can vary from person to person, and we appreciate your honest feedback as it helps us continue improving our designs.
If you’d like, we’d be more than happy to recommend alternative styles that offer more support and a more flattering fit based on your preferences.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
